It has been a while since I’ve been to this bakery after being disappointed many times. I decided to give this place one more try, I went this week, and to my surprise, there was fresh, warm bread on the racks. I also did notice that they Now have a coffee shop in there as well. I went in the late afternoon, so I wasn’t able to try the Coffee because It was already closed, but I am excited to go back and try it. Their menu looks enticing.
I will note that the inside of the bakery is a little rundown and is in need of a little remodel. However I am looking forward to going and trying the tamales and hoping that the are good

I bought a dozen tamales and some had a decent amount of meat and others had no meat at all. The maza was good. The pork meat was good when the tamale actually had some. They weren’t dry. Very expensive it was $40 for 12. They all had a lot of maza. The Mexican bread was good.

Their customer service is not how it used to be I have been a customer for years and today was horrible.
I went in for a drink unfortunately they were out so I walk out all of a sudden I hear someone yelling she opens the door and says what did I put in my pocket? Instead of was there something you were looking for. I can’t believe this is how this business is now. I will not buy from them anymore it is pretty sad that this is how they run their business not friendly at all.
I would not give any rating but unfortunately you have to put something!

I have had a lot of tamales this year. Homemade…From home pick up, to cars and vans to roadside stands. And these ones have been the best so far. The cheese and jalapeños. And the lady that helped us, was so nice. She was concerned because she said they had sat there for a while, inside the warmer. But, they were delicious! She even gave us 3 extra to say sorry hope u like them!!! (In the picture their tamale is in the back. I wanted to show the size difference. 2nd tamale picture, theirs are on the mostly white plate!)

First I want to start by saying this , we are not picking or bragging that we want our money back it’s not like that, these tameles they look uncooked I came here like 2 years ago I told my husband I didn’t want to come here any more because the tamales they look uncooked he was craving them so we came here yesterday 12/30/23 as soon as my husband brought them to me yesterday I saw them and you could still see the masa not being fully cooked. This is a picture of the tamal that I bought yesterday and broke down..people don’t come to this bakery if you’re looking for some good tamales RUN!!

Today 9/11/25 purchased 1/2 and 3 single tamales. I ate one. What should of been meat, was fat from the pork meat. Not cool at all. It should of been 1/2 star or none at all. Don’t do that if you want to have a good business.

Was in the area and decided to stop and get tamales. The flavor was good but there was so much masa! These were $4.50 ea and $45 for 1 dozen. Absolutely do not recommend unless you like masa. I also bought cookies which were delicious. The girl that was helping me was the owners daughter and was very nice.
