I tried this spot out today with my mom, we try a lot of mexican food spots and while we usually do tacos and a burrito, this time I tried the birria tacos too.

This is ultimately my favorite Mexican food truck! Delicioso!! I had the quesabirria, and my husband had the breakfast burrito with chorizo. He couldn’t finish it all and I didn’t get a photo of his food.
They have partly covered outdoor tables, but not suitable for cold or rainy days.
Prices are just right for portions.
They accept cash, and credit/debit cards with a minimum purchase of $21

Stopped by real quick today on my way home from work and ordered the mulatas with al pastor and they were amazing. The escabeche is so good and It’s my favorite little side so I’m glad they include it. If I could afford it I would eat there everyday

The nicest guys in there !!! They chatted with me for a while before i even ordered and did my modifications to my tacos no problem! They also gave me some candy with my food and said to come back tomorrow:) they were the best and i highly recommend!! The green sauce is pretty hot tho so be careful!

The food here is out of this world!!! We ordered their tostadas and quesabirrias. As soon as I tried the tostada I had a foodgasm. Had to order more because their pastor is well seasoned and juicy. Their salsas are perfection as well as their pickled veggies. Los muchachos son atentos y amables. Do not hesitate to try this taqueria, it won’t disappoint!

Delicious! We were just driving through and needed some grub. I couldn’t be happier that I stopped at this lovely little cart! The food and service was top tier, the environment just a parking lot with a couple covered picnic tables. Highly recommend!!!

We parked one of cars next to this cart so that we could carpool, we had no idea that we had parked next to the best food cart in the area.
The food is incredible, the portions are generous, the service is friendly, and the prices are more than fair. We love good Mexican food and La Estancia just jumped to the top of our list! We can’t wait to come back!

Far and away the best tacos in Eugene and frankly it’s not even close. If you love the Mexican food here in Eugene/Springfield this one might not be for you, but if you’ve ever been to SoCal, Texas, or Mexico check this one out for sure. You’ll never go anywhere else
