I believe it’s only open on the weekends till 2am. On Saturday nights it’s usually busier due to the club next door in regards of safety there is a PD officer there in case you don’t feel safe ordering from there so you should be good. Im not a fan of the food i feel it’s a little overpriced but my cousin’s likes the food from there so it might be your cup of tea, it’s open late and it’s tacos so give them a try.
