The experience was amazing, we went in for breakfast and the food was very delicious extremely authentic, hot and so tasty! The entire restaurant was a vibe from the handmade napkin holder, salt and pepper shakers, and the awesome handmade and hand painted coffee mug. The mural on the wall is bright, colorful, and inviting. Service was awesome, friendly, kind, she gave great menu recommendations, and was very efficient. We definitely will be back, cannot wait to try more items on the menu. If you love good Mexican food and want a great place to try, definitely go out and try them!

In these 2 years working in the area of Jackson, I’ve had the chance of visiting a few Mexican restaurants; however, my experience with La Esquina Mexican Cafe was unique and very pleasant. It’s one of those places where you feel literally the good vibe. This amazing site has a service beyond expectations, along with food that honestly is out of this world!!!! Very solid Mexican food. I had the quesabirria tacos, agua de jamaica and of course chips salsa, and queso. The queso was delicious, some of the better queso I’ve had at a Mexican restaurant. The tacos were also very good, I just wish they soaked the tortilla a little more in consomme before grilling the tacos. The refried beans were really good, that had a smoky chipotle flavor. Overall a good experience, the waitress we had was very friendly and attentive. Food came out fast and hot.
