You order at the kitchen, then take the ticket to the front cashier, and then bring back the receipt to the kitchen.
Long wait for our food to arrive.
We got the menudo, tacos de barbacoa, burrito and shrimp cocktail.
We never got the shrimp cocktail, but did ask for a refund for the cocktail.

On 7/15/18 we had breakfast our card was charged for 569.00!! We went into the store to try and address the issue. I have been given the run around for three days!! Every time I call the say call back later, or tomorrow. They REFUSE to give me the owners or managers number. I have finally called the police to help take care of the issue. Mucho cuidado gente. NO USEN SU TARJETA AQUI!!
