I came to this place looking for a late night sweet treat and it was the perfect place! I got the make your own waffle cones and they were delicious. My only comment on them is to maybe warm the waffle cones but that’s all.
The atmosphere is amazing, especially for a small restaurant. And the workers are all so nice!! I had an amazing experience overall and will definitely bring friends and family next time!

The food was delicious, the service was friendly but very slow. I’m not sure why all the orders weren’t served at the same time. My son’s order, the Quarter Cookies and Cream Waffle, was done first and behind the counter with the ice cream melting. That makes no sense at all because it should have been served immediately. The Cookies and Cream Waffle was very sweet. My wife ordered the Dubai Chocolate Taco. She enjoyed the balance of chocolate, pistachio, vanilla ice cream, bananas, strawberries and the Waffle taco. I ordered the Cookie Butter Crepe, and it tasted very good. The crepe was baked perfectly, and I was impressed by the flavor combination of both the cookie butter and the strawberries.

Love the location. Reviewing after my second visit and tried both Dubai Chocolate Strawberry and Dubai Ube Strawberry and both were great. You have space inside to sit and enjoy the deserts. I took takeaway both the times.
PS: I’m assuming the lower rating for this location is becase they are reusing the listing from previous restaurant which was here. Not sure why they reused it cause it was a bad resturant.

I initially left a 1 star review due to miscommunication from the store about their operating hours, that led to an UberEats order hanging in the void for hours for a store that wasn’t even open. I was going to update it to 5 stars, but the quality of the food has diminished with every order I’ve made. I have ordered from here pretty frequently since they opened. The first couple orders were great, but it’s been downhill ever since. This last order was such a slap in the face, I will not be ordering from here again. Just served me a cup of kataifi, strawberries, and empty air. Maybe a tablespoon of pistachio cream. Really disappointing to see. The whole reason I order is for the pistachio cream. It used to be the most delicious thing I’ve ever tasted, but they started thinning it out with oil or something. The last few times it’s been really thin and oily with no discernable pistachio flavor. Now they’re not even giving me any at all! The strawberries are often mushy too, I have recieved wrinkly and discolored ones as well. If this level of service continues, I recommend everyone to just make this food at home. I know I will be. Such a gimmicky resturant could only survive with quality food and solid service. Without that, this place is going to inevitably fail. It was nice while it lasted!

I’ve been to a few Dubai chocolate restaurants but this place blew the others out of the water in every way. Their strawberry cup is phenomenal, their crepes are a close second. Unreal. I’ll be back tomorrow.

loved the food! got the waffes & really enjoyed them, me and my 3 friends came in for the first time since it looked really good, we came in and were greeted by a sweet girl and then immediately felt a hostile energy coming from the owner or manager whoever he may be, he was raising his voice in front of customers, making it an awkward environment, being rude towards his female coworker, slamming things around, complaining about their revenue and how hes going to fire everyone and sell the place because hes the only one who knows how to do the job (mind u he was the only one NOT working)
he also was making comments complaining about how theyre not going to be a dubai chocolate store anymore as thats what we were ordering…
i feel very bad for the other 2 co-workers that were there and have to deal with that, they were very sweet to us & other customers even while being put in an uncomfortable situation, you could tell other customers were uncomfortable as well. i really like the place and hope to see it continue. not a good first impression but hopefully hes not there next time we come in!

I ordered the shrimp with vegetables and fried rice. While the meal is delicious the serving size is rather small for what you pay in my humble opinion. This meal won’t fill me up. Now, maybe that’s different considering I ordered online and got it delivered..

Dubai cheesecake: Small and thinner than the menu picture, no pistachio (no Dubai chocolate at all, just chocolate and caramel), way too sweet, low quality grainy crust, grocery store quality cheesecake. Overpriced. The strawberries were nice.
