This is hands down the best pizza in Shorewood. It’s hard to find authentic Chicago-style pizza, but I can honestly say they know exactly what they’re doing. This is officially my new pizza spot. I’d recommend this place to anyone who knows what real pizza is supposed to taste like.

They have great food, we have ordered several times, but need to give a special shout!!
I ordered online for delivery, it said about 60-70 minutes which was perfect timing for when I would get home from work. They must have been ahead of schedule (which I know they have gotten a lot of negative feedback around this) and I received a call 30 minutes after I placed my order that the delivery gentleman was at my house, I apologized I wasn’t home from work and to leave it outside. He was like oh no I couldn’t do that!! He’s like it would be too cold and you don’t want to eat it cold. I’m like it’s ok! He said how about this, I’ll go bring it back and put it in the warmer and I’ll come back when you are home. I was shocked, now that is customer service, I said you truly do not need to do that, he said yes I do! 30 minutes he was here with my food hot, incredible!!!

Pizza was delicious worth the wait. Be patient when picking up your order. Pick up window was 520-530, it was ready at 545. Talking to a lady walking she said she got notifications her order was ready, fingers crossed it was. If so I would wait for notifications your order is ready before walking in.

First time ordering pizza from this new pizza joint in the Joliet area. It was a nice surprise! We got their thin crust pizza with sausage, green peppers and onions. The sausage was excellent! The crust was very thin and tasty, as well. Nice combination for a pizza from them. We will be back. Highly recommended! Enjoy!

Ordered pizza around 3pm on Sunday online. Went to pick it up and the woman at the counter was overwhelmed with how busy it was, I don’t think they expected such a large turn out. It was ready when they said it would be but I think ordering online and at a less busy time helped. Let’s give them some time to get settled to keep up with the demand because I’m telling you this pizza is worth it!! Specifically get the sausage, it’s incredible. I am gluten free and their pizza is a good size and filling, I was able to split with my partner. Best pizza I’ve had in the area!

We ordered at 12:35pm. Delivery said “1:20-1:30” delivery time! Our order arrived at 1:45pm. Not too bad. The delivery driver was very friendly.
We ordered Pizza, Mostaccioli, Breaded Mushrooms and Penne Broccoli.
Pizza: was good. No complaints!
Breaded Mushrooms: maybe they sat too long in the warmer or something because they were all mush.
Mostaccioli: ordered meat sauce. There is no meat in the sauce? Ordered two meatballs they were good. The actual pasta tho was horrible. Will not order again. The sauce had no flavor?
Penne Broccoli: no taste. No garlic? Will not order again.
Overall.. pizza was the only good thing. If we decide to order again it would just be for pizza.

Ordered Saturday night early because of people complaining about waiting. Pizza was done super fast. Got home and everyone agreed that it was awesome. This is now our spot.
And now they saved me on Xmas Eve too. My prime rib day ent defrost in time so La Dolce to the rescue. Everyone loved the pizza. Wish I could give you 5 stars again!

Tried their stuffed pizza today, and it’s the best stuffed pizza I’ve had in 10 years in the shorewood illinois area. The first time I tried their stuffed pizza it was great, a month later I ordered it again and it was not as good, they used a lot less pizza sauce with none on the inside making it a dry pizza just like all the other pizza places in the joliet illinois area. Definitely not worth the price. They cheapend their product to save money, I probably won’t go back!

The owner, Oscar, was so sweet! I came ALL THE WAY FROM HIGHLAND, INDIANA to try this pizza and they did not disappoint. I got the lunch special pizza slice and pop and it was delicious! When I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely be stopping by to try more food from here. There is no room to dine area, but I just ate my pizza in the “waiting area”.Highly recommend, 10/10!
