Awesome place to be on the weekend!
They had a live rock band. The group was really good and played some old school “rock en español” songs.
They had lights and lighted headbands for people to help kind of create the vibe.
The atmosphere was amazing, everyone dancing and singing with each other. So much fun!
That’s the place to go if you wanna have a good time!!

1 star due to Roaches! We had just paid $60 for 2 quesadillas and a beer (which to me feels overpriced for what you get)… as soon as we went to take our first bite, a HUGE roach ran right across the floor in front of our table, appetite immediately lost. The owner did refund, but looked upset about having to do so. He should be grateful we didn’t call everyone’s attention to the matter and just asked for a refund and left instead.

The atmosphere and decor was pretty cool and the live music was a plus, but the roach definitely ruined the entire experience.

Not bad at all, my type of music and when you have friends joining you it makes it even better. Like someone mentioned in another review, I also think it was pricey but again, everything is worth it when you are with friends. Flautas are awesome and very tasty.

Be ready to receive a cocktail with no liquor. If I wanted cranberry juice I’d just swing by the convenience store close by, for a fraction of the price.

Saturday night live music is lots of fun and attracts a great crowd. There could be more options for snacks.

La Diabla is a retro tequila bar that exudes a charming atmosphere, perfect for enjoying an evening with friends or a casual date. With an impressive selection of tequilas, this spot is a must-visit for tequila aficionados and anyone seeking to expand their palate. The highlight of our visit was the delightful flautas, prepared fresh in their small window kitchen, which added an extra touch of authenticity to the experience. If you’re in the mood for flavorful flautas and a unique tequila adventure, don’t hesitate to visit La Diabla for an unforgettable night out.

Visited on 03/17. Thank you to the owner of La Diabla! We needed a place like this in Houston! We had a great time. Music was excellent, a lot of memories came flooding back to us as we drank and heard retro Rock en español.
