NOW TAKING RESERVATIONS! La Delizia, meaning ‘The Delight’, inspired by delis and eateries in Positano and Amalfi, offers authentic, specialist Italian food and drink, to takeaway or eat in. We are able to offer our restaurant for private dining with custom menu and set menus. We also provide outside catering services as well as gift hampers. Open 7 days a week from 10am, with a breakfast menu and an all day menu featuring fresh Whitstable oysters, local seafood, fresh pasta, panini & antipasti selections, as well as ‘Crema di Caffe’ and freshly squeezed orange juice.

I’m so glad my friends brought me here. I arrived with high hopes, yet the quality and freshness of my seafood dish surpassed my expectation. It had good quantity of muscles, clam and calamari, but also included king prawns, chunks fish and a large piece of succulent tentacle.
The whole meal was delicious and generous in portion. I struggled to finish my tiramisu in the end (but managed to clean the plate). I look forward to coming back in my next visit!

If you love amazing Italian food don’t walk run! This is a hidden gem! We had the pleasure of dining here for lunch with our two young children and the food, staff and atmosphere were all fabulous. My son demolished his pasta portion and desert. We enjoyed the sharing platter with a pudding and every bit was tasty! Staff were accommodating when we turned up without a booking and found space for our buggy! We can’t wait to return! Thoroughly recommend.

On a dark day with 65mile/hour winds and heavy rain along the Hastings coast, I and my wife popped in for a cup of hot latte, then turned into a wonderful lunch. We enjoyed a delicious starter, seafood salad, risotto with salmon, and a lovely homemade dessert. There are a pair of rose(red and white)on the table, the atmosphere suddenly felt romantically enchanting in the heart of winter.
