I asked for a medium sized Hot Cheetos & cheese. The old lady that was there took my order and brought it out to hand it to me. Before handing it to me she stuck one finger on the inside of my hot cheeto & cheese bag and the other on the outside to wipe away the excess cheese that was dripping. This would’ve not been an issue except that she was wearing NO gloves. I let her know of what happened and she basically called me a liar. She then proceeded to raise her voice at me and talk to me in an incredibly rude tone. She claimed to have pinched the bag and removed the excess because she had a previous customer that had an issue because there was excess cheese on the outside of the bag. Again. It would’ve not been a problem if she were wearing gloves. She then stomped her way to the back and screamed from the opposite side of the room if I wanted it or not. I said yes but I’d like a new bag. She then told me that she was making sure before she opened another bag and something along the lines of she didn’t want me to make her waste it again. I asked her nicely to not talk to me in that manner and she said “I’m not talking to you in any way this is just the way that I talk!!” Again. Incredibly rude and no self accountability. She then continued to try and convince that what I saw was wrong and that she did nothing wrong. I told her she was rude and that I knew what I saw. This lady is blatantly rude and condensending.

One of the costumers ask to one of the employees to deep again her child ice cream into the sprinkles bucket and the child already had it liked it with a lot of saliva the employee grabbed the ice cream and deep it again into the sprinkles bucket by the way this was today and the employee is the one who is wearing yellow and long long nails Disgusting costumer service!!!! We will never come back!!
