Our family attended on 10/25 for a wedding rehearsal dinner. The food was amazing! Everything we had was delicious. The appetizers were family style. The portions are generous. It’s a beautiful room for any party. You can add more decorations, but the room is beautiful in itself. The servers were attentive and friendly.

I literally came two days in a row just for their crème brûlée and cappuccino — both are the best I’ve had! The dinner menu offers so many great options, and they always feature a chef’s specialty that never disappoints. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious.
I even went back the next day to celebrate my dad’s birthday, and it was the perfect choice. The service is 10/10 — the staff is so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The whole atmosphere has such an amazing, relaxed, and cozy vibe.

If you are looking for an all around good Italian restaurant, then La Cucina might be it. Enjoyed a delicious entree of flounder francaise with shrimp over angel hair pasta and rigatoni bolognese. Portions were generous and dinners were served with bread and a small trio of sun dried tomato infused oil, butter and pesto for dipping. The house salad was tasty and my dessert of choice, crème brûlée, was nice as well. Tony, our seasoned server, was outstanding. The atmosphere was comfortable and had a nice ambiance (and I love white linen tablecloths). Overall a great choice.

A friend recommended La Cucina Ristorante in Northfield so on our last night we made a reservation and drove over. Fairly typical Italian restaurant in New Jersey. Very good service (thanks Brian)! Pretty typical menu but well-prepared Italian fare. I tried the burrata with pears and prosciutto. Extremely good with the right blend of salty and sweet and meaty and cheesy. I tried the pasta special which was Cavatelli in a blush sauce and lump crab meat. Very good! Nothing fancy, but what I think of as nice sturdy food! Would definitely try them again. No dessert because Evan and Ginny wanted to try A La Mode again. I waited in the car and got ducked with a huge red duck by a family also headed to A La Mode!!

This is a very nice Restaurant old-school Italian restaurant that is cozy, romantic and has delicious food. If you’re in this part of town, you won’t be disappointed stop and get yourself some delicious food. They have a BYOB and the place was packed very good atmosphere.

Fantastic local Italian BYOB restaurant serving fresh and delicious food with a cozy atmosphere and friendly and attentive staff. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu here. Definitely do yourself a favor and stop in here the next time you are craving a delicious Italian meal!

I was disappointed tonight at La Cucina. I have been there several times and always had spectacular service. However, tonight, on 12/13, I had some old man named Tony and service was terrible. He never asked us if we wanted salads with our meal, even though it’s an additional price we should still be asked, never asked if we wanted anything else to drink besides the wine we brought with us, and worst of all was, my food came out wrong and he never offered to fix it, all he said was “oh well, they made a mistake.” He never came over to check on us after that interaction and kept focusing on his larger table. He didn’t deserve the tip we left him, however, I did not want to stiff the other service staff that were running around doing everything for him. It will be a long time before I go back there, and when I do, I will specifically state that I DO NOT want him as my server.
