What a fantastic dining experience! Our server, Frank, was outstanding—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He made excellent pasta recommendations tailored to each of us, and even let us know they had gluten-free and dairy-free options, which wasn’t listed on the menu. I had the pasta with sausage, and it was exactly the hearty, satisfying meal I’ve been craving.

Frank also shared some great tips on local hotspots—we’re excited to check those out next! The pasta sauce was rich and flavorful, and the Chicken Marsala was perfectly cooked—tender, moist, and delicious. The portion sizes were generous, and we left with leftovers for a second meal.

Huge thanks to Frank and the kitchen staff for a memorable visit. We loved this spot and will definitely be back!

I am ashamed to say I’ve lived in Jamestown for almost four years and never dined here until today.
My husband was always stuck on Landmark or the Chop House. Well, he was very pleased with his meal today.
We’ve had Calamari at various locations all over the country, and we were very surprised with the caliber of what we got at La Cucina. It was extremely tender, perfectly breaded, and seasoned.
I had the Lobster Ravioli. I assume it was Pacific or warm water lobster as it was light on flavor, but the Ravioli had plenty in it, and the Rose sauce didn’t overpower it. Hubby had the Seafood Combo and was very satisfied. The Mussels, Squid, and Clams were very tender. The Shrimp was a little tough but still flavorful and edible. He felt the dish overall was very good, just too plentiful.
The service was stellar.
We were too full for dessert but will definitely return soon.

I love this place and I love the people and the food was absolutely delicious! Both my friend and I got different dishes and both were yum. I had Spicy Chicken Scarpiello. I normally only half of my dish but I ate every bit of it, and they serve generous portions. I did leave room for dessert and I had the in-house made chocolate cake with homemade frosting that was delicious. It was much better than the store-bought cakes. Last but not least our server was very nice and friendly and fun. Her name was Bri. Thank you to the owners the chef and Bri. We will be back!

Nice Italian restaurant with an extensive menu including pizza. Portion sizes are very generous. Meals come with a choice of pasta side and either a salad or vegetable.

Lunch special pricing is only available during the week. Enjoyed the garlic knots, chicken cacciatore, white pizza, and veal Parmesan. Marinara sauce is very tasty. Note they don’t serve bread with meals. Gluten free options available.

Restaurant is located away from the Lucy attractions in Jamestown but within a drivable distance. Food was very good. Definitely worth a visit! Has their own private parking lot.

Walked in. Place was empty. Had random people walking right through the wait to be seated sign. Umm.. ok? Server was nice. Her replacement server was better. He had personality. Still, took the order. Took something like 30 mins to get the food. Food looked amazing. Chicken parm, hand breaded. Bed of pasta. But under parm was 0 sauce. If the sauce hadn’t separated, it would have been dry. My only other complaint was that the office was at the other end of the tables. At one point, a person walked out of the manger doors with a very stinky bag of garbage. Walked by the tables and out the front door. That smell soured my appetite.

Firstly- our server was amazing. I didn’t catch his name but he was young and very personable. The food was excellent as always. We had eggplant Parmigiana, seafood combo with angel hair, Nonna’s stuffed eggplant and garlic knots. As always- delicious tiramisu and cheesecake to bring home. Portions are very generous for the price so we always have lunch for the next day too.

La Cucina Della Nonna? More like La Cucina Della Nonna-regret. I walked in thinking I’d get a little taste of Italy. What I got was… well, let’s just say even Tony Soprano would be rolling in his grave, muttering “What the hell is this?”

Everything about this place screams, “Why am I paying for this when I could make the exact same thing at home, better, for half the price?” And honestly, I could—and probably should—have. The prices, the vibe, the whole experience… all left me questioning my life choices.

If you want to pay someone to serve you the same stuff you can make in your kitchen while pretending you’re in Italy, go ahead. But be prepared for a lot of ugh and zero mama mia! moments.

La Cucina Della Nonna: proof that nostalgia doesn’t pay the bills… or make the food taste good.

The food here is amazing. The prices are fantastic for what they give you. My fiance thinks the mozzarella sticks here are the best he’s ever had. He’s a pizza fanatic and has eaten a lot of different ones before. He LOVED the pizza served here. Our waitress is great. She is very friendly. We are definitely coming again for more food. If you are on the fence about trying this place for the first time, then take the dive. It’s worth it.

Nonna’s stuffed eggplant…minus the olives and pimentos it was probably the best thing I ate that night. Garlic knots take another hard tie at an even 2 out of 10 with the egg . and alfredo…both a -3 at best and I never leave an awful review but the spaghetti had a horrible seasoning and the meatball was like eating mushy paste and the Alfredo was a flour water roux with no taste other than flour and water note the water on the edges of the alfredo bowl No parmesan or alfredo taste whatsoever. The service was average the atmosphere was wierd at best. Would not return unfortunately. If you’re looking for an even “good” Italian restaurant this is not it. Unfortunately. I honestly feel terrible writing a review this awful but it is honest food critic opinion.
