Incredible meal! We got the Salad Du Chef and it was so yummy. I recommend getting to share .. or not share. I got the bolognese and my partner got the lobster ravioli. Both were great, but the ravioli blew us away. The vodka sauce was SO good we both can’t stop talking about it. I highly recommend getting this dish if you come. We also got a bottle of wine that came chilled. Service was great and loved the atmosphere. It was very cozy and intimate. You’d never know this place was here but we’re going to make this our new spot.

What an amazing experience at this restaurant. Super unsuspecting, but don’t let that fool you. The food was fantastic, and the drinks came out super quickly. I had the shrimp scampi and it was delicious, sauce, shrimp, and pasta were great. So was the chicken piccata. Had tiramisu for dessert, also amazing! Definitely give this place a try!

Very nice small neighborhood restaurant. Good menu items. Food very good, service great and personal. Everyone in the place is treated like family. A little pricey. Prices on the pics of menu online are wildly out of date. For example Cesar salad was $8 in pic, $14 in reality.

My friends (who live 10 minutes from La Cucina) invited us to join them for dinner. We had reservations for the past 3 weeks or so for dinner on Feb. 8, 2026. We drove almost an hour to do so. Once we arrived, we thought it strange that, although La Cucina’s sidewalk plaque was outside, the restaurant itself was dark and empty. After a few minutes, we noticed a small, hand-written sign stating that they would be “CLOSED FOR SUPER BOWL SUNDAY”. No one from this establishment contacted us! TERRIBLE!!! You can’t tell me that they did not see that we had reservations for that evening! We even received a confirmation via the computer of our reservation for that night. So, folks, what do you think my review rating should be?

We tried this place while in the area looking for a small family run restaurant. We were greeted and seated right away. Our server got our drink order very quickly. We order the Fried Calamari which was cooked to perfection, melted in your mouth. For our main meal I ordered the Special Burgundy Beef and my partner ordered the Lamb Chops. The Burgundy Beef was so delicious and cooked to perfection. The Lamb Chops were cooked perfect and tasted delicious. For dessert we tried the Cannoli were fantastic. We met the owner George who was very nice and fun to talk with. This will be a new favorite spot for us. Cannot wait to return.

Such an excellent dining experience! The owner has run multiple French and Italian restaurants in Phoenix over the past 30 years. The restaurant as his current endeavor is exceptional and full of love. The service is great and everything phenomenal. Highly recommend the mussels, salad du chef, and tiramisu.
