This place downtown Hanover is beautiful. A cozy spot to sit at the bar by yourself or with others. Hands down the best antipasto appetizer I have ever had. The service was great, place is clean and we enjoyed our time here. Definitely will be going back!

My wife has celiac’s disease and the staff was super knowledgeable and my wife loved the dish she had. My kids 10 and 13 loved their food and so did I. The service was impeccable and the food was stellar too. In fact the food was so good only my wife got a picture of hers.

So glad this restaurant was revived by Armando Malvone! It is now called La Cucina! The food, atmosphere, and staff are excellent. It’s a very welcoming environment with occassional personal visits from the owner Armando! My wife ordered a marguerita and Amando sent over an addition shot to add to the drink on the house. We will make this our regular go to on the weekends. Food? Chef’s kiss!

First time tonight at the NEW La Cucina! The food was phenomenal & restaurant is beautiful with very comfortable very comfortable chairs. The owner was there. Quite obvious he genuinely cares about quality food & impeccable service. Well trained wait staff & excellent drinks. Italian food at its best! Acoustics are a bit noisy but I’m sure next time I’ll probably hear soft dining music. Nice crowd too. Banquet / Party space upstairs too! Will definitely return.

First time going last night, and it was delicious! I would say I’m someone with a higher standard for Italian food, and this place did not disappoint. I got the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and my boyfriend got carbonara, both delightful. Service was attentive despite being full. We will be returning!

Nice that La Cucina is back after their short hiatus. The new location is nice, quite upscale, and I like the bar area. The menu is a little bit smaller than I expected but that’s really the only “complaint” I have. The place was busy at 6pm on a Saturday evening but we still had no issue finding a bar seat for two. Service was good and the food we ordered was good. We will be back for sure.

My wife and I decided to grab lunch here during Snacktown Days in Hanover and we’re happy we did.
The service was great. Instantly greeted and sat. The staff was friendly, our waitress was attentive and answered any questions we had.
For appetizer we we got the Zucchini Fritti which was crispy (not soggy), the marinara was awesome.
I ordered the Gnocchi Margarita and the sauce was out of this world, the gnocchi was done to perfection.
My wife ordered the Panzanella Salad which was made with fresh corn (we could tell it was fresh), the dressing has a little spice to it and went perfect with the salad.
The meal came with their signature bread basket which is a perfect accompaniment.
Pricing was also very reasonable, $50 for the total meal. We didn’t get drinks or dessert (next time).
Overall a great experience, wonderful meal, great ambience and atmosphere.

This was our first time coming here and the moment we walked in we felt so welcomed everyone was so sweet and the restaurant is absolutely gorgeous I couldn’t get over how stunning everything was. It also felt nice that the owner would check in with us to make sure everything was excellent not only are the attendance super friendly but the meal was so good that I will have dreams about it. This will now be our go to restaurant from now on. 1000/10 ♥️

La Cucina, how my family loves you! So much that we have visited all 4 locations that you have moved too! The bread was alittle different from the past, but equally delicious. Carbonara and Abruzzi were fantastic. Loved the creme Brule! However, I’m disappointed you would not honor our gift card from your last location. Also, parking was very difficult. I found that a side street after the hotel had a metered lot and street parking before 6.

Top notch food, service, and atmosphere. We had Bruschetta to start and then Penne Arabbiata and the Chicken Abruzzi for main courses, and the Tiramisu for dessert. They were all delicious and the perfect portions. The bread was freshly made in house as well as the Tiramisu. So, so good!
