The pizza here is delicious. It’s completely fresh, and they have unique flavors as well as classic staples. The crust has a perfect texture for a wood fired pizza. If you like some spiciness, the hot burrata with pepperoni pizza is one of our favorites.
The staff have always been really chill and welcoming. We love coming here for the occasional lunch date, so we can get some ice cream next door afterwards.
Highly recommend!
Product were super fresh, the only thing is that i love the yellow tomato the yellow boy the golden king, the yellow lemon… as it appears on the picture of the caprese panini pizza. But i received the regular red one which is not as excited as my expectations. But it was good also, super juicy and fresh mozzarella, pesto and bunch of arugula. The Doug was baked in perfection.
Thank you guys, this is not a fancy place to stay an eat, but they have a decent bar where you can wait for your to go order or eat if you ordered “for here”
Thanks gals and guys.
It is NOT 80% hydration pizza dough
The tomatoes are also Wrong, wrong, wrong.
It looks like Pizza di Napoli , but it is NOT Napoli.
The pizza is disaster, it is just our regular American pizza.
As regular pizza I would give it 4stars
As they advertised as PIzza di Napoli, then here you go
Came here excited because the restaurant heavily promotes Neapolitan-style pizza and has “Napoli” prominently on the signage. Unfortunately, what you get has virtually nothing to do with real Neapolitan pizza.
• The crust is flat, dry, and clearly made with commercial yeast – no soft, airy, naturally-leavened cornicione with leopard spotting. It’s much closer to a thin New York-style base that just happens to be baked in a wood-fired oven.
• The dough felt dense and was genuinely hard to digest afterward.
• Toppings are poorly balanced: way too much cheese (it was evenly spread but overwhelmed everything), and the vegetables came out almost raw and crunchy instead of properly softened by the high heat.
• Overall execution feels more like American-style pizza cooked in a wood oven.
Everything is great can order the Goombah again, but would like to try something new next time.
Definitely get the bourbon wings which are oven baked, not fried
Have to come back
