Amazing experience at LA Crawfish! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. What really made my visit special was Mr. Ify — he provided exceptional service with a friendly attitude and great attention to detail. “Scam alert” Beware this place is closed down & is collecting orders there is no one here… charge me $145.00 took my order & gave me a order pick up time only to not even be open for business, they closed down , so anybody trying to order here they are not open they are taking payments , & once you pull in the place says closed down for maintenance.. they have no contact numbers ok this franchises , there are no corporate contacts , they want you to send a email to some random person… this is the saddest crap ever. Me & my kids stopped in to grab some food and just gonna head home this is pure evil sick and twisted.

I usually easy go lucky and not the one to complain but Noooo! Just no. This place ain’t it. Walking in, the atmosphere feels like they are just trying to keep the doors open. Greeted at the register, I seen my wife’s vibe just disappear. I don’t even know what all that stuff on the menu was. I just asked for fried rice, the guy at the register couldn’t even describe what their magic rice was. What a joke. Ordered 3 lbs and 1 lb of that was literally claws and scorching hot whatever sauce. Called before and said it was $10.99 a pound and after ordering receipt said $11.99 /lbs. Crawfish not purged, mostly dead. Had maybe 6-8 not dead. Not garlic butter sauce. Side seasoning was not seasoning and their butter tasted really off.
This place ain’t it. Rushed to eat my food to get out of there to avoid voicing my opinion to anyone that was there. And their card reader didn’t even work. Declined my card and my wife’s 3 times. Outdated system. Literally left and ordered #1 next door at McDonald’s… and sure enough my card worked.

Please, do not eat at this establishment! I ordered catfish and shrimp, the fish seemed to be mullet and the shrimp seemed to be fried in old oil, definitely not golden. Just disgusting money in the trash

Overall great food. I got the spicy garlic wings and fries. They were fresh and good. Atmosphere could use some refreshing but overall homely southern feel. If you want good food, this is definitely the spot.

We ordered the Thai Cajun Curry from here today. What a disaster! We were so surprised that the portions were small and the seafood inside the curry was hard and overcooked and the tails were left ON the shrimp. Who wants to dig into a bowl of curry and eat TAILS AND SHELLS!! It also had more potatoes than meat in it for $20!!! It tasted like leftovers from the day before that were reheated!!
The fried crawfish was stale, old, greasy and a very small portion for $12. The box could have at least been filled up with crawfish. It looked so sad. The fries we ordered were cold and very old as well. It was such a disappointing experience today. I was turned off completely by this restaurant. CONSISTENCY in the quality of food is IMPORTANT!! We paid $73 for this small amount of subpar food!! There are waaaay too many other restaurants in town to deal with this low level of food.

This the filthiest place Ive seen. There isn’t one customer in this place. Dead roaches on the floor. The back door is . The cooler where the cold drinks are is NASTY inside. This was so bad I ask for a refund.

Yesterday, I had my daughter purchase a seafood boil for us to split. When my daughter went to pick up the food, she was told it would be $37. She was then charged $51 and told after-the-fact that the clams were extra. The food tasted spoiled and was subsequently thrown into the trash (pic included). My daughter contacted the restaurant for a refund and was told they do not give refunds for their horrible food. Never again. A waste of money and time.

BEWARE if you are going to dine in!! Read the reviews!! First off, they don’t inform customers that they charge for a “table cover” until you get your receipt- even if you don’t ask for a table cover, every single table is already covered as you walk in, so they think they can still add it on to your receipt! Second, we were charged for “premium crawfish” which is very small (pic attached). A customer walked in after us to order and was told that crawfish was $10.99/ lb while clearly we were charged $11.99 for “premium” which we did not even ask for. Customers are also forced to buy bottled drinks which is also overpriced as shown on the receipt because their soda machine is “broken”. They don’t even offer tap water! Inside of the restaurant feels very icky. I’ve been to the LA crawfish location in Katy and have never experienced this, so it must be the people running this location that are sketchy!

My first time visiting La Crawfish. The fish and shrimp were okay. The sweet potato fries were really good. The seafood gumbo was not good the shrimp and crab were overcooked. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was hot inside the restaurant.
