I found this place on a Google search, didn’t realize it’s a food truck-trailer not a restaurant. However the food was very good and the sandwich size was great. They do have a clean covered area with picnic tables if you want to eat there. Definitely recommend and will stop there again when in the area.

Tried it today for the first time and did not disappoint. Ordered the brisket plate with two sides (Mexican rice and beans). Came with a toast, food was amazing, portions are more than enough. Brisket was perfect, flavorful tender and moist. Beans were packed with flavor and rice was fresh and tasty. Drink options would be the only thing i would change. Maybe offer some healthy options. Will go back to try ribs and other meats offered.

First, this place is the best bbq I have had in this area and I’ve had atleast half the menu and definitely should have more business.
I have tried the Brisket, Sausage, Turkey, ribs and pulled pork and baked beans, Mexican rice and mashed potatoes/baked potato
My favorite was the brisket with the nice rendered fat on each slide, made the meat super rich and moist. And paired with their spicy bbq sauce was nothing more I could as for! The ribs were probably the 2nd favorite for the good amount of seasoning and smoke I can taste on the meat and got a huge end rib piece for free!!! & 3rd but definitely not far off all and maybe 2nd is the sausage super nice Smokey and snap but not dry so super good and turkey was okay a bit bland only could taste the nice smoke,bust moist! So sauce was just needed to help it and pulled pork was a bit dry but had good flavor so just need sauce. GREAT PORTIONS on the meat And for the sides the baked beans were my favorite for the thick rich bbq sauce flavor in the beans and the mashed potatoes were good not bland and seasoned up, and Mexican rice is real deal orange/tomato seasoned rice so really good sides as well!
