It was a decent place to grab a bite to eat in this area. It’s a very small place. I almost missed it. Salsa was spicy like authentic Mexican, but the spice on the other dishes was lacking.

ADDICTED!!! The shop has been in business for years and i’m there at least twice a week. This is fresh cooked food, not fast food. You get quality fresh food cooked/prepared right in front of you as soon as you order. No microwaves or heat lamps – real food. The staff is super friendly, and they are a community staple. If you are in the area, or passing through on your way to the beach, definitely worth stopping in.

I ordered a ACP cheesey chicken and rice to go. It smelled great on the way home. When I got home 10 minutes later I opened it up to eat. I went to mix it up the cheese was hard. I warmed it up in the microwave. It helped a little bit. I really have never seen anything like this at other Mexican restaurants I have been too.

It’s not a place you come to for the atmosphere – however the tacos were far better than the fine dining restaurant we went to for dinner.
The corn tortillas were SO GOOD. Everything tasted fresh, seasoning was perfect, and portion size was enough to satisfy my bottomless pit of a husband.
Don’t knock it until you try it.
We will be back.

Always love stopping. It’s very small place that looks like ” a hole in the wall “, but the food will surprise you. Portions are great. You can see the food being prepared if you wish. Ingredients have always been fresh. Everything is cooked to order. Some of the best Mexican food I have eaten.

If you want real, authentic Mexican food, this is the place to go to! Love everything I’ve tried! Donna and the whole staff are very friendly and accommodating to your needs! Your food is prepared fresh and to order so be patient if it takes longer than you’d like. It will be well worth it! The tamales are really great and larger than most I’ve eaten! They have plenty of meat in them also! We order like 3 dozen a couple days in advance and take them home and put them in the freezer so we can enjoy them anytime;-)
Oh, and they also have your favorite American foods like hamburgers, hotdogs (Carolina Bright Leafs) and fries!
They also have a grocery section that sells snacks, perishable and non-perishable Mexican products, basically anything that you would need to go home and prepare your own Mexican feast!
