OK if you like lard in everything. Large servings. Nice presentation. Attentive waitress. Guacamole was fresh and nice green color. Salsa was good and chips were fresh and crispy. But beans, flour tortillas and rice reeked of lard. If you like that flavor you will find the food good. But I do not. It’s a matter of taste.

Not very welcoming upon walking in. I was directed to sit down anywhere I wanted to server waiter came took my order, never received my drink and then they tried to charge me for it if I could I would give it zeros all the way around. I was highly suggested to go to this place by a friend. Only reason why I went chips were pretty burnt. Overcooked menudo was okay but I requested Pata which is the foot which I never got and then the waiter proceeded to sit straight in front of me and eat his meal. Very unprofessional environment. I’m pretty sure they get a lot of business and a lot of locals come again and again but for someone coming to visit it was pretty bad and on top of that the menudo had little rocks pebbles in it. As you can see in the picture, I don’t know what that was from maybe to add to the texture or what it was lacking I probably shouldn’t have paid for my meal at all but me being who I am and I have solitude I just tipped them anyway

Pretty good super burritos, nice large portions. I tried a couple tacos last time, I like the quesabirria taco. The lengua taco was small and lacked seasoning. The table was sticky and the floor mats could be changed.

Loved it! The food was delicious, just like my mamá makes it. All great items on the menu. From their huge and delicious freshly made flour tortilla to the molcajete with rice and beans, La Costa is the real thing in Mexican food.

When I crave a large, meaty burrito, this place comes to mind. They offer good portion sizes, and I mostly order food to go. The interior might be looking a bit dated, but that doesn’t bother me when the prices are reasonable and the food is good.

I have had many lunches here. Always yummy plate options and wonderful service. Not much going on as far as atmosphere. But always being fresh and delicious makes up for it.
