Delicious Mexican food. Honestly, one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve been to. The Chimichanga was really awesome and pretty big too. Tasty Tacos as well as the guacamole. Prices are also very reasonable. I will for sure come back whenever I get the chance for another dinner. Thank you so much!

Great cost performance for food and drink. Chips and salsa upon arrival. 2 tacos, warm crispy chips and a beer, $13. Love it.

Excellent quick service and great food. We loved that chips were brought to the table immediately. The tortilla chips were delicious. Even though it was busy, we felt taken care of.

Grabbed a super burrito with asada for pickup—ready fast and still hot, which was great. But it was missing avocado, it didn’t look like a “super” and the meat it wasn’t what I expected. Not a bad meal overall, just not what I expected. Might try the posole or camarones a la diabla next time.

I recently dined at La Coronas, a Mexican restaurant that delivered an impressive culinary experience with its vibrant dishes. First, I savored their wet burrito with green sauce—a true standout. Packed with tender shredded chicken, beans, and rice, the burrito was drenched in a zesty tomatillo sauce that balanced tanginess with a subtle heat. Melted cheese cascaded over the top, adding creamy richness, while the sauce soaked into the tortilla, ensuring every bite was succulent. Served on a simple white plate, the vivid green sauce popped, making it as visually appealing as it was delicious.Next, I tried La Coronas’ combo plate, featuring an enchilada, a chicken flauta, and a fish taco. The enchilada, stuffed with savory chicken and topped with a rich red sauce and crumbled queso fresco, was comforting and perfectly seasoned—a classic done right. The chicken flauta, golden and crispy, offered a satisfying crunch with its juicy filling, elevated by fresh shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a dollop of sour cream. The fish taco stole the show, with lightly battered fish in a soft tortilla, topped with a zesty slaw that added a refreshing bite. Accompanied by well-seasoned Mexican rice and creamy refried beans, the plate was a delightful medley of flavors. Finally, I sampled their menudo with pig’s feet, a bold and authentic dish. The rich, spicy broth, filled with tripe and tender pig’s feet, warmed me to the core. Fresh cilantro, onions, and a squeeze of lime enhanced its depth, though the gelatinous texture of the pig’s feet might not suit all palates.La Coronas truly shines with its authentic Mexican fare, blending bold flavors with comforting classics. For anyone craving a hearty, flavorful meal, this spot is a must-visit gem that captures the essence of Mexican cuisine.

Good place for lunch. We split chile relleno and chicken chimichanga. My friend also ordered fish taco and shrimp taco. It came out hot and fresh, very tasty and good texture. A favorite is the chile relleno and shrimp taco. Might be fun to try the margaritas and flan next time. Tried shrimp quesadillas, flan and margarita. Consistently tasty and nice service. Weekends are busier than weekdays with friendly locals. When done with meal, go to the square window to get your check.

Food was delicious and the service was very friendly. This place can get busy so if you decide to visit be prepared to have about a 30 minute wait for your food if they are busy. In addition the Horchata here is nice and light and tasted like it was water based which is much nicer than milk based in my opinion.

The service is great. Real friendly staff all around. The food just wasn’t good though. I had the carne asada plate and it was pretty dry and didn’t have a lot of flavor.

Came for lunch on a Fri. Great location, great food and service. Amicable staff was attentive with quick service. Nothing special about the food but the enchiladas were good with the chicken moist and sauce complementary, beans were prefectly moist. Clean eatablishment but only on street parking.
