What a wonderful place La Condesa is! I’ve always wanted to try eating there and it didn’t disappoint! I love the atmosphere and the black and white theme! The food was delicious and the staff super attentive! We celebrated my hubby’s birthday there and they made it extra special! Loved it & we will definitely be back, TY!
PS: the only con was the dirty toilet that wouldn’t flush :-/.

Me and my girlfriend went in on a Monday afternoon for some drinks and food. We were a little shocked that it was empty and they only had one guy working the whole restaurant. But he took our order and went to work in the kitchen and the food came out within 15 minutes! I got the steak tacos with bone marrow and she had an apple salad. Both dishes had lots of flavor and tasted great! We talked with him and he had been working the whole day by himself and only had two other customers. We ended up tipping handsomely for the great food and service. As other businesses are closing up shop on Mesa we hope that LA Condesa is able to make it! They also have a touchtunes player so I was able to dedicate some songs to my significant other and it was very romantic and serene. Get out and support local!

been to la condesa many times but went this last time and won’t be going back… the food and drink are always delicious but this last time food didn’t even look the way they always serve it and the drinks weren’t even filled to the top the way they always are. on top of that when it was time to pay the waitress added on extra charges and when we asked to speak with the manager she wouldn’t grab them, instead she kept putting discounts on top of discounts to take off the charges that she put on the bill. felt like she was trying something sneaky, won’t be going back.

Food was definitely delicious!! The mocktails are cheap and was yummy. Service is weird. Seems kinda racist/ prejudiced. We walked in and weren’t greeted. We stood awkwardly at the door until someone said you just seat yourself. When a Hispanic couple came in the smiles came out but not for us. However, the food? Really really good!

I don’t know what was going on with that place but we ordered two simple drinks that took 45 minutes to be made the food was just as late from order and none came out together and by the time a second entre came out the first one was cold cause I waited till all food was out. Here’s the best part we couldn’t even eat the food cause we didn’t get silverware and had to ask and that took another 10 minutes.
I don’t think people will need to use this review as to whether they will go there cause this restaurant won’t be around long as it is under its current management.

Had a great first impression. I loved the chill vibe, cleanliness, and comfortable seating. The food was awesome, I ordered the chamoro plate, which was well portioned. My wife appreciated the vegan options as well. I can tell some of the staff is new, but they’re trying hard. We will definitely be back.

If there was a negative option that’s what I’d use. We went to this place to try something new and will NEVER go back. We waited over 45 mins for our meals, we asked for chips and salsa and a hour later we were told they ran out of chips. We received our plates and we were never given silverware, we were never check on or asked about refills. We waited over 45 mins for our food and forgotten about. And it’s not like the place had too many tables to check on, there were only 3 other tables. My son asked for a straw and I guess that’ll come when the silverware does. We waited and waited for our check and finally asked the bar for it, we asked for separated checks and the waitress gave us two checks and still charged the same debt card for both checks. We left this place and went to chik-fil-a for better food and service.

La Condesa has an amazing Holiday Menu this year! The food is absolutely delicious. The turkey dishes are tender and full of flavor, especially the oven-roasted turkey and the stuffed turkey croissant. The 14 oz rib eye is perfectly cooked, juicy, and one of the best in El Paso.
The desserts are incredible too — the pumpkin pie is smooth and seasonal, and the pecan pie is rich and buttery.
Great food, great presentation, and a perfect place to enjoy the holidays. Highly recommended!

Worst customer service in El Paso!
Sat ourselves down, ordered a sweet tea and received the most bitter unsweet tea on earth. We were the only customers there. After ordering, we waited 45 mins and never received the salad and shrimp… don’t waste your time here.
