Overpriced, stale, and zero heart.
If you’re looking for a fresh, authentic bakery experience, keep driving. This place is a masterclass in cutting corners while overcharging customers.
First, let’s talk about the “fresh” baked goods. The donuts you’re buying are yesterday’s news, and the apple fritters are routinely served two days old. Nothing here is actually cooked to order; everything is pre-made and simply reheated before it hits your plate. You can literally find the same tortillas they use at any local grocery store for a fraction of the price.
But the worst part isn’t the stale food—it’s the management. The owner is clearly checked out, neglecting this location to chase other business ventures while paying her staff the bare minimum. Instead of taking responsibility for the declining quality, she spends her time blaming the underpaid workers for her own lack of oversight.
The workers are rude and take forever doing anything.
Support a business that actually cares about its food and its people. This isn’t it.

Went in this morning, cashier was so friendly! I got the 3 breakfast burritos and Large cafe de olla for just 10.99 and 2 conchas, my total was just under $15, honestly such a good price. The portion was just right and they were so good, the cafe de olla was also authentic!! I’m so glad somewhere in holland has it now! The conchas are also so yummy, definitely recommend trying this place!!

Ordered some freshly made chicken tamales. Got home just a few minutes away, my tamales are mushy and they fall apart. There’s the least bit of chicken in them not even worth eating. Tried to give a new spot a chance

Very surprised with this spot. The tacos are awesome. There is a spread of snack items, food, and sweets. Conchas and sweet breads are on display and taste great. Service was fabulous, and they all had great attitudes. Its nice and cozy and gets a steady stream of traffic. Not enough to be obtrusive to sitting down and enjoying the atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone. It has the feel of a bakery and snackshop all rolled into one.
