We were helped by this amazing woman, angelica. She was so helpful, and had great conversations with us. I appreciate her hospitality. The building is beautiful, and smelt amazing with fresh baked good. I wish the portion sizes were marked for the sandwhiches. I didnt realise how large and incharge the breakfast croissant, and avo toast was going to be. It was on the more expensive side, but u pay for the size of the food. The coffee was a bit too espresso-y for me (not a common complaint but its mine ) other than that, this place was amazing, and would come back again for the maple donut. (Our meal was the avo toast, breakfrst criossant, hot medium mocha with oat milk, and iced medium latte w SF vanilla, and toasted marshmellow, chocolate croissant, and a maple donut) THANK YOUU!!

Cozy coffee shop and bakery! Feels a little overwhelmed by how popular they are. Ordering is disorganized and you kind of order wherever. The cinnamon rolls are good! They are served room temp but the frosting is a delicious cream cheese frosting. I honestly enjoyed the regular cinnamon roll the best. The ham and cheese croissant was amazing! Super fluffy. Lots of crunchy layers and the cheese made the ham not taste so dry. Their coffee drinks are STRONG, and their hot drinks are HOT. We enjoyed the chocolate abuelita and the cold brew. Side note: some of the tables rock a lot so be careful when sitting or drinking hot coffee with the lid off.

This is such a cute cozy spot we came across before leaving town. We were there as soon as they opened. Everyone was so nice there and the smell of coffee and bakery was heavenly. Not sure because they just opened but they did not have more pastries out. But even then we were extremely happy with the choices we made! The prices were very reasonable as well.
The vanilla concha was extremely fresh and soft. The chocolate croissant’s crispiness after every bite paired with the chocolate was perfect. My husband got the Americano and I got the Pumpkin Chai latte(spicy) and they were so rich in flavor! Definitely recommend coming here!

I was heading to Colorado Springs to visit family in the hospital and wanted to pick up a little treat for them on my way. I had been seeing this bakery pop up on my “for you page”, so I decided to stop by and give it a try. The space itself was nice and open, clean and a nice comfort feel. The staff were so friendly and helpful! I took a variety of items to the hospital and they were a hit! So much so, that when I was heading back out of town, I had to stop and pick up two more boxes for the road! I also grabbed the Cuban Baguette and it did not disappoint! I will definitely be coming back!

Delicious bakery that is very hip and modern. All the pastries look like something out of tik tok, mostly because there is gold foil and tint on many items. I had the pistachio cinnamon roll and it was good but very sweet. We had a concha and it was good but a little too dry on the inside. My wife had the strawberry cake and it was good. I had a pumpkin spice chai and it was spicy and had little pumpkin flavour (which for me was a bonus). Decent amount of seating available. Military discount available.

This has to be hands down, no argument, no two ways about it the best Bakery and Coffee shop in all of Colorado. Family run, full of delicious pastries, coffee, sandwiches…and the list goes on. Now, it’s true I have not visited all of the Bakery houses in the State, and I am open to learning about others—but as of now, and now is all that matters, La Concha is the place. Love it, love it, love it. Maybe my wife will ask them to bake my birthday Cake this year. Yes, that would be epic!

I had my brother stop by here since he was in the area and I had seen their delicious pastries on my socials. We’re not from the area so we were disappointed to find that 3 out of the 6 pastries we purchased were underbaked once he had gotten home. The flavor was great on the pastries that were edible but unfortunately we had to toss the underbaked ones. And it was more disappointing knowing just how expensive these pastries are only for their quality not to align. I love supporting small businesses so I hope they can take this feedback and implement better quality control measures to avoid this in the future.

My wife has been raving about this Mexican cuisine, coffee shop, and pastries, I was excited to go this morning on our trip up to Denver. I got a cinnamon roll and a hazelnut coffee. Everything is made in house!
They were very kind, friendly and willing to help understand all the different pastries they serve. They were great for English and Spanish speakers!
