Ultra welcoming, delicious food, nice local, small town feel, no pretensions, white table cloths, elegance without snobbery. Not Italian owned, and some dishes not Italian, but a great place to have tasty food and relax. Plan time to park. Drop elderly or handicapped off first as you may have to walk a block. Bathrooms so clean and with charming hand painted floral theme. Food allergies handled well here. Gluten Free easy to figure out with great staff.

First time here for dinner and we were pleasantly surprised. Warm sliced bread with seasoned olive oil was great, a plentiful organic green salad followed by fried calamari was outstanding. The entrée was chicken parmigiana with garlic mash potatoes, polenta, and the mixed veggies were fresh, hot, plentiful and delicious. The chocolate mousse cake was fresh and outstanding. Very comfortable and pleasant ambience. Will return!

Definitely will come back again. For appetizers, we ordered a Ceasar salad, fried calamari, and Antipasto Mistro to share. They were delicious. I especially like the salad because was not too salty like other restaurants. For the main course, we ordered the lamb shank, carbonara, veal Marsala and Spaghetti Alla Gamberone. My brother raved about the freshness of the prawns and how the spaghetti was perfectly cooked. All the main courses were very tasty and not too salty. The vegetables that came with the main courses were cooked just right. Presentations were good. The portions were generous. Great value!

A local family owned Italian hot spot located on El Camino in Millbrae with easy access to parking. We ordered several favorite dishes based on google reviews. The spicy shrimp penne pasta was creamy, soft and flavorful. We were impressed by the fresh and crispy calamari (not over fried or greasy) appetizer. The polenta was creamier than expected but good. The angel hair (one of my favorite pastas) was perfect Over all the portions were nice and filling. Had a great dinner with fam. Staff are patient and attentive I say check it out.

Prior to our departure to the airport, we had the pleasure of dining at this establishment with my family. There was a total of 5 of us, and we all left happy. The service was impeccable, and the staff was warmly cordial. The food was exceptionally fresh, piping hot, and exquisitely prepared. Loved the food!! Everything was so fresh. The complimentary bread was freshly baked. The portion size is great and the food is delicious! We had the pesto gnocchi and ravioli. It was amazing.
Their service is also amazing. We had come from the airport directly and we had our bags. The staff noticed and gave us a bigger table so it’s easier for us too. It was very considerate.

The food was quite good, I got the New York steak and it was cooked exactly to my preference, it also came with veggies and mashed potatoes. The French bread is awesome once you use their garlic dip, and the Caesar salad was delicious!
Service was great, our server was nice and she made sure we had everything we needed.
Also the tiramisu was perfect!

My husband got the fried calamari steak and it was so tender and flavorful. Easily the best I’ve ever tasted.
I had the Pasta Carbonara which most restaurants mess up and make with cream. This was authentic and made with egg and pancetta just like in Italy. The flavor was outstanding!!
We also had the Mushroom Polenta appetizer and it was so delicious.
Highly recommend this restaurant!!
