Ordered a huge order with my coworkers and didn’t get half of the food we ordered correctly. My coworker went back to the restaurant and they said it was ordered that way. I have a picture of what my order was supposed to look like and what I actually got. I have ordered this many times at the Beckley location and it was always good. I always got all the food included in the picture on the menu plus a side of salsa. I am very disappointed.

My husband and I both ordered taco dinners. These were the smallest tacos I have ever had. There was maybe a tablespoon of meat on each, and was charged $2 more per meal according to the menu price. It was our first and last time of trying this establishment.

Absolutely incredible! We were seated and eating within 7 minutes of entering the restaurant. Portion sizes were extremely great and staff was lovely! It came recommended by a friend and we’ll definitely be stopping in again.

The food was tasty and super quick. Ive ordered a few carry outs and never had to wait more than 20 minutes. Usually its waiting for me when I get there. It was exactly what I was wanting and ordered. Ill gladly return whenever Im craving some delicious Mexican food.

Wife and I have been going here for years; the food is great and the service is always at least reasonably decent; never “bad”, certainly.
However, prices are getting kind of ridiculous; which is what’s dropping my review rating. I understand prices have risen, but the prices do feel out of line with what you get. Wife and I got got an Arandas Burrito, 3 Enchilada plate (mexican flag combo), and a pitcher of margarita on special (18.99)… wound up being a 70 dollar lunch for 2 (this includes a tip of course; but regardless). Even taking out the margarita, thats 50 bucks for a burrito and 3 enchiladas.
Im sorry, I would love to continue supporting your restaurant’s, but the prices are just out of line for what youre getting. Food was always good as mentioned. And I will say the lunch specials are closer to 12-15 per person instead of pushing 30. Is what it is.

I came here with my family for dinner. We had a party of 12 and the staff was very accomodating. The guacamole we had was okay. It was not nasty but I have had better. The grilled fish and grilled shrimp were excellent. The portion sizes are large and very generous. Overall the customer service was nice as well. I would visit again if I lived in the area.

The service on the other hand was horrible. We got served a number of dishes we didn’t order. Personally my food came out and the server said it was something else so it went back to the kitchen to get cold before they brought it back out and called it what it actually was. I don’t know if it was the language barrier. A number of our group waited long wait times for refills. Server barely came back around. The place wasn’t busy, there were a couple other tables but nothing to excuse the service.

One year ago my regular order was $16.99, now it’s $21+??? And the last time we actually ate in, we were completely ignored for 45 minutes after being seated. Guess we’ll be going elsewhere for Mexican food from now on.
