Family lives just down the road and we never noticed this place. What a loss for us… the food is absolutely amazing! Family friendly environment with lots of adult choice beverages and did I mention, it’s all in a clean place!

Why would you make a customer take their hot plate so my fingers got burned? Then you’re arguing that we didn’t leave a tip? At least your so called best waiter had a hot pad holder so he didn’t get burned on a hot plate. I never had bad service here before but I definitely won’t go back.

I have never been treated so rudely in my life! My daughter turned 18 and had a friend fly in from Alabama to celebrate with us. We wanted to go to La Charrita for our supper. We noticed they were very busy, but it was Friday night, so we understood. We (5 of us) walked inside to wait to be seated. A couple in front of us was waiting to be seated as well. While we were waiting for someone to acknowledge us, another lady walked in with a small child. When the hostess returned, she seated the couple ahead of us. Then once she returned again, she completely ignored us and chose to help the lady with the small child. I spoke up and told her that we were here first. The hostess ignored me the first time, then when I repeated it a second time, she rudely answered that she had to wait on the take-out orders before she could wait on those who were dining in. Then she proceeded to continue to help the other lady. We promptly left the establishment and went to another Mexican restaurant in Findlay. We will never return to La Charrita. You lost a customer! Shout out to Mi Tequilla Mexican Grill for acknowledging and seating us promptly! They have great food and exceptional service!

Being from Texas we were looking for Mexican food more like from home. Other places in Findlay didn’t come close, but then we tried this restaurant and it was more like the food we’re use to. We recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a little bit of the South.
