I’m a service tech so I’m on the road all over the state. Stopped in for lunch and I was 15 min early before they open. The owner was so welcoming and went ahead and gave me a booth. They brought me hot chips and killer salsa by the way! My lunch special and Service was the best I’ve had in years. The food is authentic and so delicious! Thank You! I will be back!

Food was delicious, but had a problem with my order. I ordered 2 taco salads for pick up, and I realized they gave me 2 tacos instead when I got home. The lady’s I dealt with when picking up my order the first time were very sweet and made me feel welcomed. I called when I found out about the mix up and the lady on the phone had said if I brought back my food then they would give me what I wanted. Happily I went and drove back as I thought they were handling this issue greatly, until she then told me she was charging me for the taco salads. For that I would’ve just said never mind after hearing the new price for them, but she didn’t make me aware of it ahead of time. It was the same lady I spoke to on the phone and she just made me feel like I misheard her, but I switched my order then to just one taco salad after hearing the price and she told me to keep the previous mistake tacos. After she came back with my food she then took the previous tacos leaving me confused and then when I tried to grab my food she wouldn’t give it to me at first trying to ensure it was correct. Understandable, but the way she did it made me feel dumb.

I’m visiting the area and when I asked a local cashier at a store I visited where she would recomed me to go for a comfortable sit down meal; without hesitation she suggested this restaurant. The service was quick and friendly. I had Enchiladas Yolanda, a side of guacamole with my chips and salsa and a Pepsi. The chicken was a bit dry, but that happens with enchiladas. The flavor was good and the portion was large. I took half in a to go bag. It was busy, but not loud. I was able to enjoy my food and relax. I could see they had been remodeling or redecorating it didn’t effect the service or food at all. If I make it back up here to Marion I will for sure stop in again.

The Molcajete from here is one of my top 3 favorite things to eat in an Indiana restaurant. I am only in Marion once a month and always stop to get it with an extra set if tortillas. Service is great. Clean … it’s the perfect meal for me when traveling for my work. If it was closer I would be a weekly regular.

We went in on a Saturday for a late lunch. Service was pretty good. Everything we ordered was delicious. I had ground beef burritos, which has been my go-to lately. There is much more flavor than our local Mexican restaurant. The guacamole was better than most places we’ve been to. I would definitely go back.

This establishment is by far a hidden gem. The waitress was attentive and understanding, allowed me time to enjoy my chips and salsa instead of rushing my dinner out per my request as most places rush ya this place allows you to just take your time and enjoy a nice dinner at your own pace. Thier salsa is one of the best around!!
