Terrible, the so called manager by the name of Maria was extremely rude to my mother. They served us expired mozzarella sticks and refused to swap them or provide a refund. She basically stated that there was nothing she could do. The chicken nuggets were also stale. Do better and provide better customer service. Definitely will not be back and please be warned to purchase food from this establishment! Owners need to be notified.

Finally a La Chapilta with a lot of space to sit. The food quality is the same aa the other locations. They have more options in their menus and serve pozole in the weekends.
They have more fresh natural drinks are refreshing and delicious. I love the nachos, it comes with a lot of cheese.
My kids recommend the Oreo (cookies and cream). The only thing is that there is not many lactose friendly ice cream.
The staff is very friendly.

This ice cream spot is nice. Banana split was made fancy and the lady took the time to let me sample almost all the flavors. And gave recommendations. They made thier own ice cream. The place was clean and spacious. Mango yogurt, ganzito and vanilla banana split hit the spot.

The churro split is amazing! Mangonadas and cones were great. A little wait but they are making everything fresh so it’s expected.

Love coming here, but they really need to be more CONSISTENT about wearing gloves on BOTH HANDS when handling customers’ food. “No Bueno.”

Their customer service is the worse. They seem to not want to be there. The cashier lady is very rude!!! They messed up the order from the client before me and my order. I went back and told them that wasn’t what I asked for and the cashier lady mugged me. Not only that but when I ordered my elote I asked her for lime and she told me that all that is by the Valentina. Once I got my eleto I went over there and there’s no lime, there’s Lemon pepper. I ask her where’s the lime and she tells me it’s all there. I show her it’s not and she responds with “lime I add that myself”. They don’t pay attention.

I arrived today to this cute place I did not know what to get everything looked good. Xiomara told me to buy a Milanese sandwich and some steak nachos. She was absolutely correct. And she also cooked my meal, Mrs. Xiomara, served me. She was very kind. She explained in detail what each dish included and made it just the way I wanted it. She gave me excellent service. We need people like that at this place. She was very kind and always smiling. Thank you very much, Xiomara. I will be back definitely for her great service

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER DONT GO!

First of all, the owner is beyond rude. Zero customer service skills, no manners, and talks down to people like she’s doing you a favor just by being open. It was honestly uncomfortable how disrespectful she was — totally unprofessional and flat-out nasty.

The employees weren’t any better. Stuck-up attitudes, rolling their eyes, acting like they’re too good to even answer a simple question or do their jobs. They clearly don’t care about the customers or the business.

I have been passing by this place since they opened. It never really drew me in. Today I decided to try. I should have just went with my gut feeling. We purchased an elote, a lime water and some ice cream. $14.50 total. The elote was lacking flavor. Something was missing. I asked for it “with everything”. I guess “everything” they have isn’t enough to give it a bold delicious flavor. Not to mention that it had too much water, which actually may have lessened the flavor. Oh well. The lime water was ok. It was the best of all the items. The small is pretty small. And I asked for “very little ice” hoping to get more drink. Nope. When all was said and done, I had more than half a tiny cup filled with ice. Last but not least. The ice cream. I mean, go and take a look for yourself. As I walked around observing each flavor behind the glass, I could just tell it was a mediocre to not so good ice cream. Nothing about it screamed quality. We purchased two flavors. Neither one was anything to write home about. The Oreo cookie ice cream didn’t look like rea Oreo’s. The color of the mint choco chip was off and it looked like they just sprinkled about 10 chocolate chips on top of the entire tub. One of the flavors we tries was “cotton candy” I think they actually put real cotton candy in with ice cream. It has more a consistency of play doh and not so creamy. It is also extremely sugary so don’t let your kids eat it or they’ll be bouncing off the walls with pink colored lips. This pink ice cream actually tints napkins and clothes like I have not seen before so I am curious as to how safe the ingredients are? Who knows.
