We went here for my birthday! The food and drinks were amazing! The service left a bit to be desired.
My entree of fish tacos (omg so good) was served before our cooked shrimp ceviche appetizer (amazing!) and I was done eating by the time my husband got his entree (a shrimp dish; I don’t remember what it was called)
My strawberry marg was on point! Could have had 4 of them easily lol. My husband got a beer he seemed to really enjoy.
For my birthday, the did bring me a scoop of ice cream and changed the music in the restaurant (50 Cent had me rolling when it played )
The restaurant was very cool looking and definitely Insta worthy. All in all, worth the visit, I just wish the service had been more organized.

Best ceviche I’ve had in Utah. The tacos, fajitas and burrito were also delicious. The restaurant was clean and cute, hole in the wall vibe. Our host was nice however, made us feel rushed. Took awhile for him to bring us our food even though it was waiting on the shelf to be brought out and it wasn’t busy. The food and flavor was amazing and we will definitely be back!

Now this place is a gem. If you want fresh seafood taco and good margarita, this is the place. I got a tamarind margarita, amazing. We got shrimp ceviche, it reminds me of cabo san lucas. The fish that we ordered reminds me of Cancun. My partner who is native from Cancun approved this place. Now parking, you have to find a place to park and pay, thats the only way. They said on Sundays you can park on the parking space in the back, Monday to saturday you pay, even the staff.

First time trying this place, and the food was so delicious. I ordered the Avocado Tuna Ceviche, the fish was tender and in strips, the sauce was super delicious and the vegetables were all super fresh. There was only one server so service was a little slower that I’m used to but he did amazing at juggling all the work himself. He was super friendly and recommended drinks that were great as well. Will definitely be coming back! Great atmosphere and great customer service!

I just happened to be walking by and am from out of town. I was drawn in, and so very happy to have followed the hunch. Service was excellent. The chips and salsa satisfied me while I enjoyed my Tamarindo Margarita which was a treat. I had a ceviche of “tres amigos” – octopus, shrimp, and fish. So fabulous!! I recommend this restaurant heartily.

I recently visited La Cevicheria in Salt Lake City, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! If you’re a fan of fresh, delicious ceviche, this is the place to go. The flavors were perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of tanginess and spice. Every bite tasted incredibly fresh, and the portion sizes were generous.
The service was also top-notch. Our waiter, Jordan, was awesome—friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing. He made sure we were well taken care of and even gave us great recommendations on the menu. His enthusiasm added to the overall vibe of the place.

Had a great quick lunch at La Cevicheria! Highly recommend the Quesabirrias. Birria tacos with queso and brisket filling. if you go on a Thursday, the Quesabirrias are a special for $16 including a drink, instead of $21 regular price. Four amazing tacos with the special was an incredible value! Service was great as well. I was in a rush to get something to eat before heading to the airport and they were very quick to bring out the food and super responsive for a tableside checkout.
