I was visiting Birmingham for a long weekend, and stopped here since it was close to my friend’s place. The service was fantastic and the food was great! It was pretty quiet for a Friday night, but that didn’t impact my experience. There are so many options on the menu, it was hard to choose just one thing. I’ll definitely come here again the next time I’m in town.

This is my favorite local place to get dinner! The service is ALWAYS kind and fast, even when they are packed out and busy! The restaurant was clean, and the floors were shining even during the dinner rush hour. The food is soooo good, and they give you a plenty on your plate! Me and my boyfriend always have leftovers for the next day or two whenever we eat here! Thank you guys for an amazing dinner experience, every time. If you haven’t tried this place, you’re missing out! 100/10 rating! ✨

The staff were very pleasant and attentive. The waiters recommendation was excellent. They’re street tacos tasted authentic and freshly prepared. My husband had chicken fajitas that were delicious. The chicken was seasoned well, juicy and tasted freshly grilled not soaking in some sauce. They have great salsa too!

Our favorite Mexican restaurant in the Birmingham area! We’ve been here many times, and every single dish we’ve tried has been amazing—always fresh, flavorful, and high quality. You can really tell the difference with their homemade recipes. The service is super fast, and the food comes out quickly, but never rushed. We’ve never had a bad meal here. If you’re in Trussville and craving great Mexican food, this is the spot!

We don’t live in Trussville, but we have family there, and when we visit, we make sure to enjoy at least one meal at La Cazuela. We’ve never had to wait to be seated for more than a minute,. Your server as well as chips and salsa arrive immediately after you sit down, The food is alway hot, fresh, looks and smells great, and tastes amazing. And here comes your server again, just checking up on you, and then the chips and salsa guy comes by to top you off. Service is fast, friendly, and way more than adequate. And I’ll say it again, the food is crazy good. This place will end your frustration with trying to find a good Mexican Restaurant in Alabama. I promise.

This has been the absolute best experience at a restaurant in years! The staff was on a different level. We had chips and drinks in under two minutes. Food came out quickly as well. No on had a drink under half full. I ordered my fav, chile relleno, and it was the best that I’ve ever eaten. I got the shrimp version and it had flavor!!! I’m gettin all of my rellenos here from now on!!!

We were traveling through and stopped to eat here because of the reviews being so good. It needs cleaned- doors, rugs and windows were nasty- I have always heard if the entrance of a restaurant is filthy, imagine the parts you can’t see. We were seated at a table where the overhead vent was dripping water on our chips and then started dripping in my plate of food. The salsa tasted like V8 juice. I would have given 4 stars if it had been clean in the areas I could see.. there were several employees standing around so I feel like it was just neglect. The server did a great job though

I ORDERED A TACO, ENCHILADA AND BURRITO, AND THEY WERE ALL EXTREMELY BLAND….. NO FLAVOR, NO SPICE. I WILL SAY THE WATER TASTED LIKE WATER. THE PORTIONS WERE KINDA SMALL TOO. THANK YOU….

Hands down, the best food in trussville. I visit weekly for the delicious margs, fantastic food, and excellent company. Don’t sleep on the burger or the wings – they compete with any restaurant in the greater Birmingham area.
