Good was great!!! The pork was delicious and Chicharrón were crunchy. The Cuban sandwich was also really good the bread was soft. My only complaint is I wish the sweet plantains were a little sweeter. But all in all 8.5/10

Tried this place the other day for the first time and had to go back. The pastry was 10/10 super delicious, fresh, handmade flavorful, and far from dried out like most places. Hard to find empanadas with cheese, and this place had them, and they were great! Super crunchy good amount of filling. Pork pincho had awesome flavor as well! Definitely recommend stopping by. Id love to eat at the outdoor patio someday. PS the best part, THIER PRICES!!! Can’t beat em for the quality of food and friendly staff.

I used to love this place. But i will never give them another cent of my money . Their prices have been extremely outrageous lately they charge my son seven dollars for a Alcapurria and the quality of the food and service is horrible lately as well. I don’t know if the cook is new or what the issue is but me and my family will not be going there do not recommend at all save your money. When my son sent me the picture of what he got for $7.00 at that is just insane. Couldn’t wait to get home from work to post this review.

I ordered tres leches cake and requested more milk. This is what I have gotten. When I called to tell them that I wasn’t happy and that the miss up my birthday, at my suprise, the owner had the gosh to tell me she doesn’t think her cake was the raison why I did not enjoy my birthday that sometime else is behind that. I find her unprofessional the way she handle the complain. I also order a steak and cheese sandwish while I was waiting. The way is was made tell how dirty and unprofessional they are. I don’t know why they are still in business and claiming they know how to make certain food, and they don’t. That cake costs me $60 and no one ate it.

Such a great neighborhood gem, and some of the best pastelitos de guayaba (guava pastry) I have had in CT. No seating but lots of takeaway lunch/dinner options as well.
