Loved La Cave. We came in for brunch and it is the most unique experience I’ve ever had for brunch. It’s kind of like a Brazilian style experience where they bring the food to you. Wow! The portions are small so you can have as many or variety you wish. Quality and taste is 10/10 (5-Star). We will definitely come back and I highly recommend La Cave. Chef and staff are AMAZING!

Wonderful dining experience. We enjoyed dinner @ la Cave before seeing “Awakening” . The restaurant is in the Wynn resort. The beef carpaccio was superb. The aioli was a perfect accompaniment for the tender and very flavorful beef. The diver scallop was good. Seared appropriately, the polenta seem to be too big and it dominated the dish, we felt the polenta was not a great fit for the tender scallop. Also, the dish needed acid to brighten it. Too heavy with polenta. Caesar was amazing. Perfect! The cheesecake also delightful. Light and airy. We split all courses as a sharing menu with a flight of Italian wine. More than enough food. The service is polished and professional. A great pre-theater choice.

The only way to brunch in Vegas! Why choose this over a buffet? No queuing and waiter service! My pictures do not do the food justice!

We love this place! Small plates are not small at all. Variety of food to pick from. Delicious food and excellent coctails. You can see a top of the Sphere from the dining room.

We were not sure if this was going to meet my gluten free and dairy free needs, but it was excellent. The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere are all exceptional.

I really wanted to love this brunch place. However, the food quality and taste just fell a bit short. The decor, atmosphere and staff were great as with all Wynn and Encore restaurants we have been to but the food was just okay. The bottomless option is worth it but you do have to order food as well which was $49. That gets you unlimited food. It’s buffet style but they bring the individual dishes to your table which was great. In order to dine here you must order the $49 buffet you cannot just choose to drink bottomless only. Overall the experience was nice but the food was not that great.

Quick trip to Vegas and friend suggested we eat here. We had nice window seats with a view of the pool (although I had hoped to snag sofa seating). I had the Oaxacan Passion cocktail which was so good. They serve small plates so we shared the Diver Sea Scallops & Polenta cake, Baked Meat Balls with Creamy Polenta, Wild Salmon & Broccolini, Prime Flat Steak with Mashed Potatoes, Crispy Brussel Sprouts and Chilean Sea Bass Cacciotore style It was all so scrumptious! Added to my list for next visit since there were many other options & I was too full to try the Beignets.

The dining experience exceeded expectations. The food was delicious (I had a Gorgonzola salad, and we shared a Parmesan Eggplant flatbread. The truffle fries were some of the best I have had.). The drinks were amazing (Spicy Amiga and a vodka and pear concoction). The service was outstanding. I highly recommend eating at La Cave if you appreciate a great dining experience.

Enjoyed a brunch here on 09 July 2023 with my family. Loved the ambiance. The service was great. Like other reviews, I didn’t feel the level of food was quite worth the $54 per person price. I suspect part of the high price was to help cover the high Wynn-priced rental space. It was fun that the food was brought around to each table. Would I go back….mmmmm….I don’t have a desire to go back, although I am not against going back. The service is great, the food is good, and the food-to-table concept is fun.
