I’m giving this restaurant 4 stars only because the wait staff was excellent. The food was okay and more like a 3-3.5 stars. All of the food including the guacamole appetizer had some heat to it. If you like Mexican food, but, not the heat. This may not be the place for you.

Finally, a real Mexican restaurant serving up delicious fare a cut above your typical Mexican restaurant. 2nd visit did not disappoint. Chile Rellano blows away any you’ll find at regular Mexican restaurants and portions are generous. Diverse menu options and reasonable prices. Will be back for the birria tacos!

The staff on Oct/10/2021 at 7:02p.m was amazing and fantastic food. When we arrived we were seated in a busy traffic path even thou the place was not full strength. We hesitated but requested to change the seating arrangement. The Host accommodated and said “We are here to serve please find a spot we will help you”. On-house chips first time was Ok but second round was hot and Salsa both time was worth the wait. All food we ordered was good and huge. The service was worth a trip to Ball Ground from Atlanta. Do visit the place and shout out to customer friendly restaurants.

Was not a good experience and will not be returning. The waiter was extremely rude. Would only talk to my my husband. Ignored my order and acted like he couldn’t hear me to where my husband had to repeat everything I said. My food came out room temperature. The kids meal was hot and delish but the adult meals were a disaster. The service was the worst part. The food wasn’t the worst

We love this place. The new management has made some changes that are definitely positive! It’s our local go-to. Cuco makes the best Texas and Fresca margaritas! We love them all and that includes Marco pollo!

Hard to find vegan food in north Georgia. I got the vegan enchilada & it wasn’t bad, could use a bit more seasoning but when I ate it with the black beans it was delicious.

This restaurant seems to have changed hands. Still bad. Ground beef is runny, watery and non flavorful. How hard is it to drain the beef. The chicken isn’t much better. Total disappointment. Waste of money. The waitress tries her best. I wish we could have a great Mexican restaurant in Ball Ground.
