We went here as a small group from work. Not bad at all. Very few seats inside and counter seats – food is take out style only. Possibly the best Mexican style food I’ve had thus far from Philly. I would highly suggest the Torta and any of the Birria meals. Quesabirria – AMAZING. The ramen noodle soups are really freaking good. And MEATY! Parking is tough. Well worth it 100%

I stopped at La Catrachita with family and enjoyed the people, food. & drinks. The birria with consumme were flavorful. The portion sizes were outstanding as well. Ordering the Cubana torta made it so I had lunch for the next day! I look forward to bringing friends around and enjoy more from their menu!

Had al pastor tacos, they were awesome! I always worry that three tacos won’t be enough food, so I got a side of cactus just in case – they were very filling and I didn’t need to order sides, though I’m glad I did. The picture only shows two because I ate one before I took the photo because I was starving. In short, average prices, great food. Will be back!

Looking for someplace 24/7 eat?! This is your space for delectable food at good price for breakfast thru dinner. Yet, I came for one thing, BIRRIA!! I ordered the birria tacos & birria ramen combo, chicken tacos, & quesadilla from the kiosk. My wait was about 15 minutes and then I could dig in! While the food is flavored well many condiments come on the side. The staff was pleasant! The Columbus Blvd location may be busy but they get your order out efficiently. Ill be thru regularly now!

Two attempts via Uber Eats to get our order of quesabirria and birria ramen but IT WAS WORTH IT! This has to be the best quesabirria I’ve ever had. The ramen exceeded expectations. And the salsa verde is fire. 10/10. Worth every penny! Will definitely be going here again next time we’re in Philly.

La Catrachita was a pleasant surprise! I came in during a Philly snowstorm and was honestly shocked (in the best way) that they were open and serving food.
I ordered the Asada Burrito, and it was very good—fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I needed on a cold day. On top of that, the cashier Josselin was very nice and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
Huge respect to them for being open during the storm. I’ll definitely be back.
