For weeks they have been having issues with the sugarcane juice, first machine was down then sugarcane is no good. Either way, it’s always something. Next they started advertising shakes since let’s be real what Hispanic bakery doesn’t have shakes, well spoke to fast. They advertise something they never have cause you ask for a shake and they just never happen to have. Moral of the story if you’re craving something go somewhere else cause chances are these people don’t have it.

Tasty breakfast and pastelitos.. The line can get kind of long, but everything comes out hot.. I love what they’ve done with the place. I hadn’t been in there in over 3 years, and they remodeled the place. Looks very nice.

From the moment my group and I walked in, we felt the hostile environment. The workers seemed annoyed that we were there. We had to ask for help after 5 minutes. When we asked for the ingredients of a chicken empanada, she said “it’s in the name.. chicken” and laughed. HORRIBLE customer service. It sucks that the food was good but since the customer service was horrible, I will not be coming back.

I couldn’t even rate this place on how good the food was because the service was that bad. I got to the counter and asked to 2 Cuban sandwiches. I was then asked if I spoke Spanish, I said no but I only need 2 Cuban sandwiches. This lady did not help me. She started taking the people behind me, then asked someone else to help me. I placed my order and waited over 30 minutes for 2 Cuban sandwiches. Asked for 2 midnight sandwiches, no pork both came with pork and hubby and I are allergic to pork. Called and advised you need to listen if hubby didn’t checked the sandwiches we could have ended in the E/R. They did offer to return them and get new ones, I had trashed them already. Listen the client is paying and letting you know we have allergies. Sorry for the review, but saving an E/R visit to someone else is worth it.
