Such a cute little spot in town. Glad we found it on Google maps.

The waitress was unprofessional and nasty, making the entire experience terrible. The worst part was the food. I ordered something from their daily special, but when the girl came back, I found out it had run out. That was fine, but I ordered a salmon with white rice, and it was cold the entire meal. My father’s steak sandwich was also cold. I will never go back to this place; it was disgusting.

Stopped in here on a pure whim of searching food on Google maps. It had high ratings and it was close to the movies! Great location! Parking was a tad bit difficult but honestly, completely expected. The entire menu is in Spanish, with vague English translations under. We already knew what most of the items were and what we like so we stuck with the normal! It was delicious. The staff was so sweet and polite with us despite the clear language barrier. I would definitely go again!

I ordered daily specials, which is $9.50. Pulled pork was good. And breakfast menus were available although it was late night. We had to pay additional $1.50 but that was fine. Papaya con leche smoothie and carrot juice were so good.

Great food, I don’t have a frame of reference for tamales or pupusas but they were fantastic. Service was great and the waitstaff is very kind. Food was delicious, flavorful, tender and cooked well. We had pork, chicken, shrimp and salmon dishes. Everything was exceptional aside from the salmon but it was still flavorful.

This place is a gem, the food is delicious and the options are vast. The place is huge and welcoming, plus has a very nice front if you just want to grab a cafecito.
We loved their pupusas, roasted pork and fried fish. Everything was deliciously seasoned and juicy.
Prices are great, and they have low prices daily specials as well.
Can’t wait to be back

My parents are regulars at this restaurant and are constantly raving about the food and service. I’ve had their arroz con picadillo (rice w/ beef hash) in the past for takeout and it is my favorite! Finally went in person and the restaurant was super cute inside with a lot of seating available, service was excellent, and the prices were affordable. The arroz con picadillo was delicious as usual but the takeout portions are definitely bigger. I had a mamey milkshake (so good!) and my son had the chocolate milkshake (a bit bland and watery). Love that they have almond milk as an option for shakes. Pupusa was also great! Overall a great experience.

Is a nice place for both, have lunch or hold a event for 20 – 30 people. I did both, and was good for me.You can have cuban food, but also pupusas, why choose??? Price is good , quality of food is good.also have assorted desserts and cuban coffee. Around 38 st and bergenline? Give a shot, you don’t regret it.
