Y’all. I cannot tell you how many times I have eaten here over my 19 years in the area, and NOT ONCE HAVE I BEEN DISAPPOINTED. The prices are amazing, the food is SO GOOD, the drinks are strong and balanced, the sauces are so rich and spicy/creamy… Long live La Casita!

Fantastic drink prices! Unbelievably cheap on happy hour and still super reasonable on normal pricing. Great salsas, and really good authentic Mexican cuisine. Very happy with the mole enchiladas and pastor tacos. We will definitely be back!

Very unassuming yet colorful. My new favorite Mexican food in Pflugerville! Although the salsa is a little spicy for my taste, my friend poured it on! I have been here twice and each time got something different. Love the homemade tortillas, the taco combo is perfect to taste a few flavors and the atmosphere is not as loud as some of the others for those that are sensitive.

Server was super sweet and very attentive. I got a Chile Relleno it was alright… Tasted kinda wet, the breading was a bit soggy for my taste, and kinda bland. Hubby got a steak Chimichunga, it was pretty good. The cheese sauce was the best part. Salsa has a good flavor, we wished it was thicker. Food was just ok. Server was awesome!

I have never had anything I didn’t like. I have been here at minimum 80 visits. So I am updating my review from 3 weeks ago. Service is impeccable in the early evening. Happy hour with great Margaritas. Edit: there has been some improvements, now cloth napkins and salsa, although always very good, seem to have improved. Maybe we just love the salsas.

A cozy hole in the wall vibe with some amazing food behind it, I’m always pretty impressed when I eat here. I espicially like the carne asada but the quasabirra was also pretty phenomenal. Easily one of my new favorite gems. On top of the good vibes and great food, the staff are very welcoming, and really tied the knot on the entire experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I had a huge appetite and this was Saturday night, thought about trying this little place out and the Salsa and chips were good especially adding something spicy to it.
The tacos were amazing as I got three tacos Of Barbacoa, Lagua, Tripa, pastor and two Bistec. Every taco was stuffed with meat and cilantro But the meat was tender and seasoned correctly As well juicy but Asado De Puerco Looked better than It Taste. The pork was dry and most likely leanThe pork was dry and most likely lean As it could have used some other seasonings to really improve Or cooked into the sauce so It could have that better Pulling apart tender And juicy pork that Asado De Puerco should have also their rice was basic.
Overall loved this little family restaurant vibe restaurant and staff making you feel welcomed when walking Through that door as well Attentive to all their guest.
