I cannot believe I’ve not been here before… Great Mexican food! I had the children enchiladas, my go to test for any Mexican restaurant. They were fabulous, with excellent chicken, not the shredded stuff. My table mates had the steak quesadillas and tacos. The taco shells were authentic and tasty.
This is a great little Mexican restaurant very local to us. Yeah, the parking is cramped but it’s worth it.

Absolutely terrible Mexican food! I had chicken enchiladas and it was as dry as a desert! The mild sauce tastes like tomato soup, too. I could’ve made this dish better at home in a crock pot.

Bought chicken and beef tacos last year. The chicken came cubed. I spent 40 years living next to Blue Island. Never once have I seen a cubed chicken taco. Very bland as well. The beef was burned to a crisp and super greasy. Literally crunched.
Ive been there twice now, since I moved out here, and very subpar food from both orders. I just cant bring myself to go back and try it again.

Located on a triangle point of 2 streets at the intersection. Nearly no parking. We did kind of a ‘Taco Tuesday’, they are good. The green sauce is very tasty & mild, the red sauce is more spicy hot.

Mannnnnn, been coming here for maybe 3 years, from the time they was $1 to now at $1.75 for Tuesdays special. The place has been slowly going down since after reopening due to covid. Id say a frequent customer to merely rare occasions now a days, we gave it a shot tonight, the food being worse and the price increases with less product each time, this is our limit.

Our waiter was super quick and nice, but the food wasn’t great I was pretty disappointed. My tamale was DRY, like really dry which was sad since tamales are usually my favorite. I got a Mexican style ground beef taco and the meat wasn’t seasoned at all which made the whole thing super bland. The only thing in my combo that had flavor was the enchilada, but even in that the pork was super dry.
