Start with the guac and chips. Tartar de Atún is light and clean. Carne Asada brings the flavor. Chorizo tacos is the move. Tortilla soup is simple and solid. Classic margarita. No notes! Piña Tropical if you want something smooth. Churros to finish. Vegan berry cheesecake if you want something different. Sit near the center for energy. Sit off to the side if you want it quieter (or upstairs) Order well. Stay awhile.

Excellent food, great service, and a really fun, accommodating environment. The ambiance creates a casual but intimate setting for a group of any size. Food is consistent with the Bronxville location so I’m thrilled to have another location further north. Love the trio of salsas— MUST HAVE! They are such creative flavors and done exceptionally well. We also had a variety of tacos, the beet salad, chicken mole, and ribs. Well done with deep flavors and overall display. We will be back!

We had a great time at La Casa. It may be a little off the beaten path as it’s not in a super high traffic area, but it’s really a great find. We will absolutely be coming back here. Apparently once a month they do a steak night where it’s a prix fixe menu with steak and comes with drinks and apps and sides. When we came it was steak night, but since it was our first time here, we decided to do more traditional fare. We will definitely be coming back for the steak night next time around.
The inside has a great vibe. It’s beautiful, but comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. They left us to enjoy our meal, but checked in often enough that we didn’t feel ignored.
We started with the guac and salsa trio. It all felt very fresh. The chips were clearly made in house and were perfectly seasoned and crispy. The salsa were a traditional salsa, a salsa verde, and then this kind of chili oil and nut concoction that was both unusual and delightful. It had great depth of flavor and it paired really well with the guac (I put a dollop on top when the chips with guac and it brought out the flavors really well).
We shared the steak quesadilla as an appetizer and it was the best part of the meal (which is saying a lot). The Oaxaca cheese had the perfect cheese pull, the steak had great flavor and overall it was bright and fresh.
We also got the camarones a la diabla (shrimp in red sauce over beans) and enchiladas verde. It was all simple food that was elevated, done brightly, with a good depth of flavor. I would say the two entrees were hearty and almost rustic because of the simplicity of it. We left very happy and full.
Overall, the food was clean, filling, and delicious. The service was very nice, and the ambiance is great. Definitely a place that we will come back to repeatedly. (I took pics, but we had already dug in to our starters before I thought to take pics)

I stumbled upon this La Casa location while my daughter was at field hockey practice and was pleasantly surprised—I’d only ever been to their Bronxville spot. As someone who is vegan and gluten-free, I appreciate how reliably their extensive menu accommodates both. It’s one of the reasons La Casa remains a favorite of mine.
The décor is inviting, the food is consistently excellent, and Gio, my bartender, made outstanding margaritas using fresh, in-house ingredients. You can truly taste the quality, even though the prices remain very reasonable.
A great find and definitely worth returning to.

Staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is perfect. For more of an upbeat scene, the downstairs is excellent. The upstairs provides a quieter and more intimate experience, which is great for a larger group of people. Dishes I would highly recommend include the Tuna Tartare and the Corn appetizer (can’t remember official name but it was delicious!). Their appetizers are the highlight of the menu – Family Style likely the way to go. They also have plenty of vegan and vegetarian options, with a whole vegan menu and gluten free menu upon request.

Went out for dinner with friends and had such a good time! The vibe of the place was lively but still intimate enough for great conversation. We started with drinks highly recommend the spritz, which was light, refreshing, and perfectly balanced.
But the highlight for me?
The tuna tartare. It was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. Everything felt thoughtful and well-prepared, and I’d go back just for that dish alone. Great food, fun energy, and even better company.

Hands down one of the best Mexican dining experiences I’ve had! The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every bite was spot on. The atmosphere was just as impressive: warm, lively, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal. To top it off, the service was a solid 10/10—friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for incredible Mexican food and a great vibe!

Enjoyed a really nice lunch with a friend her kid. Amazing mole and delicious hibiscus margarita. We seemed to have two servers which was a bit confusing (one super on top of the experience while the other was quite relaxed and no idea why a side of rice and beans took so long to check on). All the flavors were there. Great menu. Comfortable and nicely designed interior. Good parking. Will be back!!!

We loved our feast at La Casa Purchase! The food is fresh, delicious, and plentiful. I recommend trying a variety of dishes to be able to sample the many flavors. My family is a mixture of carnivores and vegans and everyone ate happily. We started with the guacamole and three salsas, several different tacos, the carne asada, and salmon a la plancha. The tortillas are made in house and can also be ordered separately with a side of beans. Highly recommend! Will be coming back again soon!
