THE PAPAYA MILKSHAKE IS A GOOD TRY. That was so good and it was one of the best shakes I had. I’m going again to get another one. The fried cheese was nice and the empanada was also pretty good. Overall I had a good experience here being a light meal.

For the first time I had the best mofongo in Florida. It was very moist and flavorful. The chicharron was delicious. I’ve eaten at plenty of Dominican restaurants but la casa del chimi was the best and the prices was great. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I was so disappointed. I ordered the fried pork chops and maduros and it was burnt to hell. I couldn’t even eat around the porks. I gave it to my dog who also was having a hard time chewing it.

I ordered a chicken empanada and a Philly cheesesteak. They have this sauce they serve with the empanadas OMG it’s delicious! I dipped even my sandwich in it so I can’t honestly say how it really tastes lol. But the empanada was great!
