Hands down the best food truck in the Seattle area. The chicken pastelitos are my favorite but the taquitos, torta, tacos, Honduran enchiladas, everything I’ve had has been incredible. There’s indoor seating in the building right next to the truck, and I found out today they offer catering.

This place is delicious! The birria taco was out of this world and the taquitos were so crisp. They did not skimp on the burrito portions and the asada was hearty and well seasoned. Every dish had unique flavors complemented by the salsa and pickled onions. We ordered takeout but next time we’ll stay, the seating area looked comfortable and inviting.

I loved every single bite of my food. They were vending at Thomas Farms when Ifinally caught them. I started with the carne fries but got chicken instead beef mulitas also get their chipotle Mayo to dip with a Hibiscus tea . When i saw the truck next i got the Quesabirria and i almost ate it all at once. I wish i didn’t share with my fiance but i love him lol. They have a few new items that i would love for them to keep. Churros and ice cream and fresh Lemonade ! I can’t get enough of this truck. I’m going to stop by with my family in Edmonds real soon. Shout out to the owner and his wonderful team of ladies

The food was amazing and I highly recommend! I ordered the Honduran enchiladas, which was my first time to try, and the mashed potatoes on it was a great addition. The owner was also very friendly, hospitable, and we had a great conversation with him while waiting for our food. Go to this spot! It’s the best!

This is my third time eating here in less than a week. I tell everybody about how good the food is. Service is outstanding. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Was at the new location today. We need to keep this truck in business. They are the most wonderful family running a truck. Go. You won’t be disappointed with anything you order. Best rice and beans around.

So we debated coming because we weren’t sure we just wanted another “enchilada.” Honduran enchiladas are totally different. Lots of flavors with the mildly spicy pickled onions, ground beef has amazing seasoning, super crunchy corn tortillas on the bottom. My husband was totally happy with his veggie Honduran enchilada. My food sensitivity kiddo actually loved the cheese quesadilla and my husband was commenting how it was toasted on the inside and outside and had a really good cheese inside. Seating is outside with a covered area. Pricing is good for the area. We stopped on the way off the Ferry for a quick bite and will be returning just to eat here. I had to try this place because of the 80+ 5 star reviews and yup, I a giving it 5 stars too.

Everything was absolutely delicious, made with lots of attention to detail. The chicken was both crispy and juicy, sitting on a bed of perfect plantains with a side of cabbage slaw. The pastelitos will be on my mind for the rest of the week, and the lengua tacos were divine! So tender. I loved the pickled onions and jalapeños that came with everything.

We picked up dinner and everything was good! Food was ready in10 minutes . My favorite was the enchiladas (how do they stay crispy? I live 15 min away and was still crunchy when I got home.
