Today’s menu includes a plate, not too many can prepare to satisfaction. Sobrebarriga u mmm delicious and the price was perfect. Perhaps some other restaurant can learn from “La Carbonera”

This place is so gross! The chicken parmesan and sauce had no flavor. It tasted like they took a can of crushed tomatoes, threw boxes cheap pasta and tasteless breaded chicken together.

The food is amazing at this place but be aware of the following. The best dish is called “Paisa” it can be made with Beef or Chicken. LARGE portion is what this is about. Be prepared to share of go for gold and eat it all. You won’t regret either. As such the dish is $13 so not exactly budget eating. So worth it. Best Colombian food in Paterson.
