“The Gold Standard for Tacos in Town”
I cannot recommend La Capital del Taco enough. They currently have three locations, and I have yet to have a bad experience at any of them—they are all consistently amazing.
What sets this place apart is the authenticity. Everything is homemade, and you can really taste the difference. You won’t find anything coming out of a bag here; the freshness of the ingredients truly shines through in every bite.
You absolutely have to try the al pastor. Watching it spin on the vertical spit (trompo) is a sight to behold, but the flavor is the real star. The char on the meat is absolutely perfect—smoky, crispy on the edges, and incredibly juicy. Words can’t really describe how good it is; it’s something you have to experience for yourself.
If you are looking for authentic, fresh tacos with the best pastor in the city, look no further. Highly recommended!

Best taco truck in town by leaps and bounds! The food is flavorful, hot, and fresh. Eat it quite regularly and have never had to wait more than 10 minutes. Hope this truck is here to stay!
