Food good with good portions Service good. Prices fair. Very nice bread with olive oil and waiters bring more if wanted without hesitation. Gets noisy if party in mext room so you may want to call ahead to ask if there is a party if you want a quiet meal. We go often well worth it.

We went for a group mid Holiday get together, 40 people attended, the food was excellent the wait staff went above and beyond. The group I was with we are all friends, when we called to ask weeks in advance they owners said it a Saturday night, we may have to be patient. Well they treated us so well, the food was so good, the service was as good as any 5 star Restaurant. They even gave each person their own check, so there was not a question on tipping or trying to figure out who ate what. We would of taken a bill but they appreciated the business and said it was no problem. Guess where we are going next time ? Thank You La Capannina. *****

This restaurant is amazing! They just painted and remodeled the pizzeria and it looks a lot nicer and everyone is so friendly here! The dining room and service was also very friendly especially our waiter Chris. They handmade art on the dessert plates which looked fantastic and food was great as usual. I will definitely be coming back likely once or twice a week from now on.

Excellent food and huge portions! It’s like getting two meals for the price of one! May take a little longer but each dish is made to order. Most of the staff is amazing. Very friendly. White table clothes, candles and intimacy. The entertainment is great too! Come sing, and dance. You won’t believe you’re in Monroe.

Very nice dining room. Decor is nice. Wait staff is friendly and helpful. Food is good and reasonablt priced. It’s a BYOB, so you can save some money that way. Their pasta dishes are great. Like their sauces. Their appetizers are good too. Worth the visit. A nice enjoyable meal with friends at a fair price.

There’s only two places in this area to go for Italian food. The other is across the street. They both are fantastic and can’t decide which is better. The product going into the food is top notch and clearly the cooks know how to use them. Best marinara sauce I’ve had with chucks of soft garlic and sweet basil. I’ve eaten here for years and never had a bad meal.

Don’t know what happen yesterday 5/13/19 but the service and the food was horrible. The usual gentlemen was not there. Another young lady called in her order when she arrived there was no order for her and no one knew what happen. i ordered meat lasagna and when I arrived home that was not lasagna I paid for my order in cash if I had charged it I would of stopped payment. Also my rolls were hard as bricks and the soup was not the soup i ordered. I come there often and the service has never this bad before. The young lady and I waited 5 minutes for someone to come out and wait on us and that’s only because i yelled is anyone here to assist us.

This was our first time here and we just had pizza. We had two,slices of the Sicilian square which was very good. Very cheesy and the sauce was good and flavorful. Then we had 2 regular cheese slices which had no flavor at all. Also we browsed their menu and we thought it was a bit over priced.

Traveled 13 hours on i95. Didn’t want to eat at a rest stop. Thanks to google maps found this great authentic pizzeria. Will never eat rest stop food again when in NJ. And it was only 3 miles from the turnpike. Ricco the owner was a great guy. Food and price were great too.
