We stopped at La Cantina de San Angel in the Mexico Pavilion for a quick lunch while at Epcot. The location is fantastic, with outdoor seating right on the water, offering a beautiful view of the World Showcase Lagoon. It’s the perfect spot to take a break and enjoy the scenery.
My son had the kids’ tacos, which came with chicken and a side of corn chips and nacho cheese. It was a good portion for him and a nice, kid-friendly option. I ordered the Arroz Bowl with Marinated Grilled Chicken, which was topped with flavorful pickled onions and served over a generous bed of Mexican rice.
It was a satisfying meal, and I especially enjoyed the tangy pop of the pickled onions.
Overall, the food was good not the most amazing meal l’ve ever had at Disney, but it hit the spot for a quick-service lunch. The real star here is the atmosphere. If you’re looking for a casual, fast meal with one of the best views in Epcot, La Cantina de San Angel is a great choice.

La Cantina de San Angel at EPCOT is a great spot to grab a meal while enjoying one of the best views in the park. The nachos were absolutely delicious, well-prepared, and served in a generous portion that’s perfect for sharing. The location by the water makes it even more special, especially in the evening, since you can sit and relax while waiting for the fireworks show. Watching the nighttime spectacular from here with good food in hand is a fantastic experience. It’s casual, tasty, and the view alone makes it worth a stop.

I got the taco trio based on the cashier’s recommendation and it was fantastic. The food was fresh and flavorful. It seemed like they had an efficient process to get the line moving quicker, which I always appreciate. All the Cast members were friendly and welcoming. Indoor seating stops around 2 pm, but if there’s a table near the water you’ll have a great view of the World Showcase.

Great seats and view of the water. Nachos were good, but wouldn’t recommend the fried shrimp tacos aa they were super dried out. Good beer and atmosphere! Reasonable pricing.

The food was good for theme park food (I had the fish tacos and they were over cooked, my husbands fish of the day dish was incredible- so I was jealous), the margarita and mocktail were amazing and the atmosphere and our server Alexander were exceptional. It’s in Epcot so the atmosphere is an easy one. But Alexander was very attentive and went out of his way to make our lunch date enjoyable.

Everything at Disneyland lacks ‘spectacular” for food. Under that this was a good meal for the situation.

Needed a quick stop for food, and while it wasn’t as quick as other quick service restaurants, the 5-10 minute wait and cost was entirely worth it. Amazing food. Loved the Tacos con Pollo.

Ordered the 3 taco combo-chicken, pork and shrimp-comes with rice and black beans. Tacos were really good-shrimp was unexpected and was my favorite. Don’t forget to get condiments from one of the stands along with utensils! Seating outside was packed so we went inside which was clean and quiet. For a quick and easy lunch, this was perfect.

I always have a great experience here. The Mexicans who work here are always really cool and kind. It’s super fun to get a cultural experience right here in EPCOT! The food is good, nothing AMAZING, but I like the bowls, the guacamole is great and the plantains are good too. Plantains aren’t crispy, but they are sweet and delicious. They have a few salsas that are good and your traditional/American sauces as well. The seating is a highlight for a few reasons- outside looks out over the water, they have seating/tables designed for wheelchair access, and if you go before the restaurant next door opens you can sit inside the restaurant in the ac and there’s usually plenty of seating. Great experience!

The staff here is beyond rude. One employee tells you to get in a certain line and another yells at you for being in the wrong line. Then, after you order, make sure you get your receipt. They will try to tell you you didn’t order something unless you have proof. I got half my order and asked for the other item only to be told I was wrong and never ordered it. Good thing I had my receipt. They threw it at me and gave me more attitude. Also, I was given a Coke 3/4 of the way full with NO ice! When I asked for the ice, they almost didn’t give that to me. Don’t waste your time or money here. It isn’t worth it.
