Located in the transportation center – bus station – and next to the restrooms. Not exactly highbrow dining in Vail, but the service was good and the food was excellent. Better than many of the Austin area restaurants I’ve recently visited. The rice and beans were tasty and the Carne Asada street tacos that my wife ordered were overflowing with beef and deemed excellent by my hard to please spouse. I had the chicken enchiladas. These were packed with chicken and perfectly seasoned. A true hidden gem.

Okay this is the only bargain hole in the wall in Vail and the food is excellent and the drinks are excellent and everything is reasonably priced you can get a really nice margarita for $7.95. to tacos that are delicious but small for less than $7 nice burritos that are under $10. There is bar seating as well as quite a few tables. The six or so salsas they have are amazing I didn’t try the very hot but I tried the hot and it was delicious. I highly recommend this place simply because of the value and the quality of the food you can’t beat it in this area.

Wonderful tacos (Al Pastor and crispy beef) wowwww! This place is underrated, you must try if you’re in the area. They have a freakin’ salsa bar and chips on the house. Say less!!!! Definitely a peculiar location, but the food and margs are worth it!

Go to Mexican food when visiting Vail. Sleeper of a restaurant given the location inside the parking garage. Have eaten large majority of the menu and it’s always amazing: taquitos, crispy tacos, enchiladas, burritos, quesadillas, nachos. Recommend the beef option over chicken but chickens still good. For those who leave poor reviews on hamburgers, it’s a Mexican food place…
Note – this is somewhere in between Texmex and Arizona Mexican food.

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this restaurant.
While we were waiting in line, the white customers in front of us were allowed to take their time ordering without any pressure. However, when it was our turn — and there was no one behind us — the staff member began rushing us in a noticeably passive-aggressive manner. The shift in tone and attitude was hard to ignore.
When ordering, I asked for a “beef burrito,” which is clearly listed on the menu as the only beef option (“beef and beans burrito”). Instead of clarifying politely, the staff member repeatedly acted as if they could not understand what I was saying, responding in a dismissive and condescending way.
To make matters worse, the change given back to us was short.
The combination of being rushed, spoken to with attitude, and then receiving incorrect change made the interaction feel disrespectful and discriminatory. Whether intentional or not, the differential treatment was very apparent.
