I ordered salsa verde through doordash. When it was delivered to me to my surprise I got the enchilada supreme instead. I had trouble finding a way to submit a request to get the right order so I called La cantina. They immediately recognized the mistake and without hesitation replaced my meal with the correct one and allowed me to pick it up. They were super friendly and nice. Both times I called including adding some lime wedges to my order even though it was through doordash. Highly recommend food is amazing. Thank you to the staff for making the order correct and it tastes amazing.

The carne al pastor is some of the best i have ever tasted. I ordered the California burrito and had them substitute the carne al pastor meat. It is absolutely fantastic! Get the cheese sauce and the red sauce that they put on the California burrito. I have had the carne al pastor tacos and they are also excellent. This is by far and away the best thing on the menu I have tasted.

Went on a Sunday, super quiet and nice. The food was absolutely fantastic. It was so so sooo good compared to the other Mexican restaurants I have been too! Absolutely delicious drinks and beer.

We’ve been here about a dozen times in the past 4 years. Food is always pretty good.
Servers, when you bring us our food I really expect you to come back and check if everything is alright. Took us about 15 minutes to eat and we never saw you.
Then, we sat there for 20+ minutes waiting for our bill. Finally went up to the till. Note that there were two servers on and never more then 6 tables total.

Its been 10 months since we ate here. We just got home from a 10 day trip and we had the perfect server here. Made up for the previous bad server.

This was the second time we went, but the first time we ate there. The first time (also mid-afternoon) we waited at the hostess stand while both waitresses had conversations with customers, ran food, took orders, but barely acknowledged us. After waiting ten minutes for a seat, we left.
Today we went around 2 and were greeted and seated within two minutes. The waitress was friendly and prompt but did not hover. The environment is colorful and festive, they really did an awesome job with decorations, but there was an overwhelming paint smell that I wish they’d aired out.
There is a wide variety of lunch menu choices for $10 or less. The fajita chicken was delicious as was the rice and beans, and the portion sizes were satisfying. I felt that the fajita veggies were a bit overcooked and my husband was annoyed that the basket of chips was mostly crumbs.
Overall the service was decent, the environment was pleasant, and the food was both tasty and a good value. I’d go again.

My first trip here was outstanding. Don’t know what happened tonight except someone apparently can’t get an order right. First the wrong fajita type was served when I mentioned to waitress it was wrong I ordered the fajitas with bacon not shrimp she said the cook must have just made them wrong. Ok no problem she brought the right fajitas as I am eating I notice a familiar taste I specifically asked not to be in the vegetable mix “mushrooms”. . It took me a bit to notice but as mushroom slices started appearing my appetite started to disappear. As she came back to check I reminded her I ordered no mushrooms & she said well they are in our mix . She specifically told me that any of the vegetables can be removed per my request well apparently she forgot and she said I’m only human . Would you like it remade, I told her no please throw it away I don’t want anything else. As I’m writing I finished nibbling my chips and guacamole salad . A little courtesy would have been nice or maybe she needs to listen better. Sigh Diet Cheat Meal Ruined Thanks

Like the decor and server was friendly. It took longer than I would expect for two entrees, over 30 minutes. Shrimp tacos were good. Other order was chicken mole. It was enchiladas not mole. Would have asked for a new order but the server disappeared and we were so hungry after waiting for our food we ate it. We asked the server when we finally saw her again and she said it was mole. It wasn’t.

This place is fun. Huge portions. I am a big eater and even I had to get a to-go box. I had the seafood Mocojete. Also being able to order margaritas by the pitcher is a bonus. Super colorful inside, too.

Extremely slow service. 20 minute wait to order and 45 minute wait for food, and they were not busy. The seats in the booth they sat us at were very ripped and tattered and I should have asked for a different booth. Decent American Mexican style food but won’t be coming back due to the slow service and run down appearance.
