Highly recommended as a crawfish maniac!!
Decided to give this place a try since it’s new and ordered through delivery, now I’m in LOVE. Crawfish side: juicy, decent size, spicy, crawfish live live and flavorful. I had to stop myself at 1lb to write this review that’s how good it is, also I really appreciate that they give you actual workable gloves instead of the cheap ones YKWIM, also the crawfish was double bagged which I love.
Flavor wise:
House special: (5/5) omg this flavor is A-MAAAAZZINNGGG, buttery,juicy,spicy, garlicky, citrusy but not overwhelming. Usually I like having my own dipping sauce but today I just ate everything as it is.
Cajun: (3/5) its a meh for me, I’ve had better Louisiana style Cajun at other places
Definitely will be back!

This place just opened not too long ago so it’s still a fresh spot here in Sugar Land. It has a very cozy atmosphere, nice music playlist, and the food is pretty good; definitely well seasoned, and super flavorful. NOTE: we only ordered the char grilled oysters and beignets, but still 9.5/10 slightly over cooked, but it was sooooo tasty I do plan on returning to try other items so hopefully I can return with no negative updates.

Yakamein is so perfectly seasoned, and Omg the redbeans and rice YOU JUST CANT STOP EATING IT SO BOMB!
The fried crawfish tails & sweet potato frys are really good too.
Perfect for date nights or just getting together with friends.

EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT! If you want some delicious food this is the place! The boil crawfish is Chefs Kiss! We had the fried shrimp rolls, 2 orders because they’re just that great, boil crawfish w/turkey necks and the royal catch! Our Server, Caleb, was just the sweetest! Thank you!

As someone who is from Louisiana, I can vouch for quality and authenticity of the food served there. For example, the majority of Texan restaurants that serve “Catfish” are giving you cod and tilapia and are false advertising, how this place serves actual catfish that is true to its Traditional seasoning. Besides they had a fantastic and diverse menu, while also having a very kind and understanding staff. In addition the price of food, you got a mountain of food to that price. 11/10 experience, will be coming back.

I’m in town and was in the mood for some Cajun food. After looking around, I found LA Cajun Table. It had only been open two weeks so I thought why not.
LA Cajun Table is a gem!! Great staff, beautiful decor, and clean tables and chairs!
I ordered the crayfish etouffee, red beans and rice, boudin balls, and gumbo. Everything was delicious! Portion sizes were perfect as well.
I’ll definitely bring the wife and kid next time.

Ordered take-out of Red Beans/Rice and Shrimp Etouffee for late lunch.
Food is 4/5 (always room for improvement, haha) but really quite good. In my opinion, the roux for etouffee could have been a bit less watery, but shrimp was well prepared and worth it.
The red beans/rice was really nice. some like it more spicy and some think it’s perfect as is.
Overall, this place is worth it!!!

My husband and I were debating where to eat and he pulled up La Cajun Table. So we said why not give it a try. It was great!! He is hard to please and got the red beans and rice blew his mind. He loved it!!! I got the C’est si bon with shrimp and loved it as well. He actually regretted not getting what I got after he tasted a little bit of it. We also got the cheesy shrimp poppers which were also outstanding. A great place to eat and we are looking forward to returning probably tomorrow.

The best thing about this experience was the mechanical toothpick dispenser! If you have a cajun taste, please do not waste your time here. The hot sausage po boy was cut up in little pieces of sausage the whole sandwich was dry. The oxtail plate, decent taste with a whole lot of seasoning on top. Not what an oxtail plate should look like. Overall just expect everything to come with a whole bunch of seasoning on top your food. Im guessing that’s why they get to call it “cajun”
