Our food was great, as always. The service was exceptional as well. There’s plenty of seating with tables and booths. The booths offer a little more privacy for those who don’t like to sit in the middle of a room.

I’ve eaten at many many Mexican restaurants and this one just doesn’t compare. It’s beautiful inside, the decor is great. Jake our waiter was the best part of the whole experience. He has to be the sweetest and most outgoing waiter I’ve ever had. He went above and beyond what he had to. The food was not at all as good as it looked. Presentation was great, flavor not so good. I don’t know if it was just an off day for them or what, but it was a waste. The only thing I liked was the chips and salsa. May try again in the future, not really sure.

Me and my cousins and their mom we would always go eat at this Mexican restaurant after the homecoming parade i know it was full but we ate anyways lol it is always good the chips are good and warm i love their rice, saulsa and all the food and drinks there are good if you are looking for a good Mexican restaurant this is the place!

Food is absolutely amazing and the service… I couldn’t ask for a better set of waiters that the restaurant has. Constantly getting checked on at the table. Great and amazing service. Personally I don’t really like Mexican food but I wanted to try something different today and I decided to come here and it really changed my perspective on the certain and picky food choices I have, can’t wait to come back to try something new again. Overall was a great experience.

DO NOT ORDER TO-GO
We tried to place a to-go order, which was not taken correctly. I had to return to the restaurant to swap out the mistaken food and ask about our missing items. They informed me that they hadn’t noted down some of the items, claiming that they couldn’t hand out food that wasn’t on the ticket or they’d get in trouble. I pointed out that someone had already made the mistake of failing to note my order down properly. Basically had to drive back to the restaurant and got nickel-and-dimed after they made a mistake, which they refused to acknowledge.

First of all, this has been our go to spot since we started hunting in Jena.
This is the 2nd time I’ve been here that the staff was arguing/horseplaying around the restaurant. A couple months ago while we were eating, a coupe of waiters and friends decided to have an arm wrestling contest right next to us, until I asked them to move away.
This past Saturday night had great service from the young guy with accent, but a kinky haired kid and a tall skinny guy kept following him around taunting him about throwing his plate away bf he finished eating. I kept watching bc the kinky haired kid was being persistent almost to a point I was waiting for him to sucker punch him in the area that they refill drinks.
I asked our waiter who was in charge and he said he was, but said no one listens to a kid. I asked if he could tell everyone to settle down bc this was the 2nd time we haven’t ate in peace. He agreed, meal was good, as I was walking out, the kinky haired kid was at the register with no others around…my dad made a joke that I bet they come up short on money tonight with him messing around the register….just thought you should know bc I’m sure a teenager did not address, handle, or mention this to upper management/owners. This restaurant is usually packed on Saturday nights but it was us and group of duck hunters around 7pm….maybe this is one of the reasons.

Sadly, I’m downgrading my review. We are here during off hours, and the servers clearly don’t want to work. They were not complying with the statewide mask mandate. Our cheese dip came out cold, and the food just didn’t taste as good this time – other than the salsa and tortillas, which are amazing. I also noticed food stains on the walls next to tables.
