The food is great. Fresh, tasty and great value. We had the birria tacos, enchiladas and guacamole with chips. The tacos were unbelievable The space is cute and trad looking, with an indoor and outdoor seating area overlooking the river. Large selection of drinks, friendly staff, would recommend.

Such a warm and homey spot on the water. It smells amazing as soon as you walk in, the service is great and the food is phenomenal. Having soyrizo is a huge plus, really vegetarian and vegan friendly!

It’s very interesting experience how we find this place. We were hiking in a forest and discussing which restaurant should we have lunch later. There are some tourists too, they’re from local. They highly recommend us to this restaurant!
Then we come! I’m so happy we make correct choices! This is a very nice family restaurant with wild and great ocean view.
The staff are all smile always. When they know it’s our first time here and give us super friendly recommendations — and honestly, everything is spot on.
We order Fish Ceviche, Guacamole, Mole, Chile Relleno, shrimp Quesadilla, Gorditas(chicken and beef both). Definitely, Guacamole is 100% fresh made, the color looks so great. The fish Ceviche is my favorite, cooked fish with lemon juice, cilantro, tomato, avocado. Especially when enjoyed by the sea, this little dish has a charm all its own.
Mole comes with eggs, more flavorful. The shrimp quesadilla is so delicate. You can taste the sweet shrimp.
Great food and a fresh mango cocktail — what more could you ask for? This trip just got even better.

Our second time here while visiting Astoria. Last time was during the summer where we enjoyed ceviche out on the back deck overlooking the river. This time it was rainy and cold out, so we enjoyed the green chicken pozole special and the birria tacos featured on the back of the menu inside. Food was once again excellent. Do not pass up an order of chips (with pico de gallo or guacamole or that excellent ceviche). Their hot sauces are tasty and seriously hot. I also very much enjoyed the agua fresca (jamaica) which was generously up to the top of my glass and just the right amount of sweetness. There was so much soup that we took half of it back to our vacation rental to enjoy the next day!
Parking has never been a problem. But keep in mind the closer you park to the right side by the bridge, the harder it can be to see incoming traffic off of the bridge.
Service is friendly and helpful. You can tell that everyone involved in this lovely place truly cares about the food and the customers’ experience.
We look forward to always coming back when we are in town.

One of my favorite restaurants in the area! Extensive menu and all that I have tried has been fantastic. If the weather is good, the view from the patio is fantastic!

The food was absolutely amazing. The service was very quick. They took my plates as they were empty. Which is something I find extremely important. They checked on me several times. Another very important thing. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in the area

I have 1 word for you….Guisado.
Guisado. All their food is delicious and the margaritas hit the spot. My go-to meal is the Guisado. I like it with asada as the meat but plan on trying shrimp. They have very good ceviche.

From reviews we were excited to eat here. The view of the ocean is amazing! We couldn’t decide what to order so we ordered carnita tacos, birria tacos, steak and onions plate, chicken mole plate, fish tacos and taquitos plate. All was good but my favorite was the pico and chips. I do think it’s weird to charge $5 for a small basket of pico and chips but find it absurd to charge full order price if you ask for more. We also got the $10 guacamole which was good but not $10 good. Server was okay, I think she cracked a smile twice but she remembered everything we asked for so can’t complain. I don’t know if I’d mark as a must eat again place but it was good.
